Sonic The Freedom Fighter
Project Overview
In order to pay homage and add flare to the Archie "Sonic The Hedgehog" comic book series, this not-for-profit project is an attempt to adapt some of the stories into a 3D animated format. One episode has already been produced, which you see by following the link below. This particular casting call is for Episodes 2-6, which will adapt issues 3, 4, 9, 10, and 11. And because most viewers didn't seem to like my interpretation of Sonic's voice (they just don't understand), I have decided to recast him. But be warned, he will have a HUGE load of lines to voice, compared to the other roles. The Sonic actor would also have to provide the voice for Evil Sonic, because technically, he's also Sonic.
Regretfully, I don't think I can pay you guys for this project, considering that it's based on a liscensed property and directly adapted from an already published comic book.
Anywho, thank you so much in advance for taking the time to audition and lend your voices!

Bunnie is an energetic country girl, who absolutely despises Dr. Robotnik for partially roboticizing her. I imagine her voice and personality being similar to Toy Story's "Jessie", the cowgirl counterpart to Woody. The most important aspect is the southern accent and slang, ("ya'll", "sugah", "ah'll").
Y’all can call me “Bunnie”, you can call me “Buns”, but don’t call me late when it’s time to kick some Ro-butt-nik!
You're fast AND cute! What's you're name, sugah?
Princess Sally Acorn! You are my hero! Ah meant no disrespect! It’s always been mah dream to be your hairdresser!
Being small and adorable, Betty Butterfly should have a smooth, higher-pitched voice.
It’s me, Betty Butterfly! Sonic’s trapped in a field of poison sumac! He’s having a really bad reaction!
Not only that, but he’s a sitting duck!!... I mean hedgehog…
The little blue blur himself. Even though he will be portrayed in his classic style, he should still sound like his current voice actor, Roger Craig Smith. Ryan Drummond (Sonic Adventure era) would also work nicely.
Yo Robaldnik! I’ll make it easy for you! Try to get me! I’ll stand perfectly still.
Into the sewer! It’s time to put an end to Robotnik’s digging once and for all!
Stand back everyone! This is a job for Sonic the Hedgehog!
