Project Overview
Welcome to the casting call for my Swap!AU comic dubs!
To celebrate 3k followers on TikTok and over a year of making Swap!AU content, I'm making comic dubs of my Countdown to Swap!Sonic series!
This is a fan project based on art created by me and will be posted on TikTok, Tumblr, and potentially YouTube. They'll start as smaller projects such as my Tumblr asks and if this goes well, we'll advance to dubbing my comics or even animatics.
NOTE: This is an UNPAID hire. This is a voluntary role so at the moment, I won't be able to pay you for your help. However, I believe creative work deserves compensation whenever possible so if this project grows and begins generating revenue, I intend to prioritize paying contributors who helped make it possible. For now, future earnings are uncertain, no payment can be promised or guaranteed at this time.
Requirements:Must be 18+
Submit clean audio (no heavy background noise)
Willing to provide retakes if needed
Voice Actor
Maria Q. Lusse is the brains and heart of the duo. Her voice should balance cheery and painfully optimistic with comforting and warm. It's obvious that she is a smart and mature person but is still in touch with her inner child.
Imagine Maria from Sonic Adventure 2 but with a more cheery voice.

Voice Actor
Shadow is the soul and strength of the duo. Similar to canon, he has a lower voice that is intelligent and thoughtful, but more relaxed. He should still sound serious and edgy but it comes from a place of trying to fit the hero persona instead of trauma.
Imagine Modern!Shadow but there's always a smirk or a small smile in his voice.
