SOLEN: ALLEYWAYS 2 & Persons of Interest
Project Overview
NOTE: Currently, I can only pay my actors by providing them with original artwork and general assistance in their endeavors, so please keep this in mind!
SOLEN (aka Solen Loves You) is a project created by Luna Jacome, an independent multimedia artist. It currently takes the shape of a horror web-series, animations, as well as underground pop music.

With this CCC page, I am looking to cast the characters of Chase Courteroy, Daisy Pebble, Milo Harper, & "Taylor" Liddell, and other characters exclusive to this Phase of the project.
SOLEN's story is told between Phases, with the shorts for 'ALLEYWAYS: Perspectives' and 'Persons of Interest' being the main shorts of this era. You are not expected to return, but if you have a positive experience, I'd love to have you back!

Solen can mean many things. Generally, it's used to refer to Leon Turner, but it depends on who you ask.

Chase is a former(?) womanizer and romantic interest to Solen. He is trying to get his act together, but little faith is extended to him. He's a little bit of a dirtbag. This character's age ranges from 17-22, and is part of the main cast.

Daisy is Solen's mischievous best friend. She is a catastrophist currently mulling over her upcoming exhibit. She is also very good with the ladies. This character's age ranges from 14-19, and is part of the main cast.

Milo is a queer and religiously traumatized* man with a constant, deep sense of guilt. He and Solen have very complicated and traumatizing shared history. This character's age ranges from 15-20, and is part of the main cast.
*NOTE: Milo is expected to engage in very difficult conversations. You will be told more details before being cast. Please keep this in mind before submitting an audition!

Taylor B. Liddell is a 23 year old easy-going guy just trying to get by. He is transmasculine, so please be mindful of this before submitting an audition. Thank you! Minor role, but will appear in both of the two shorts currently in production.

Dr. Sadie is a revered scientist in elite circles. She is independently spearheading the search into Oliver's disappearance, with a very informed hunch as to who would've done it. She is played by frequent collaborator in Luna Jacome projects, CHICITA.

"Look, Chase. We know that whatever it is that happened, you didn’t do it."
(nervous) "Let her."
This is a "bad cop" type character, supporting the lead detective. This character is exclusive to the 'Persons of Interest' short.
