Solaria, a group that is just out of this world...... but that is too cheesy trust me I know
Hello and welcome to the casting call for Solaria! Solaria will be an OC Idol group. Songs covered will range from love live, idolmaster and all the way to jpop and anime songs. Each character for this group is unique in their own way! Each with a different style and attitude!
NONE of these characters have set voices, I have listed a few I believe that would fit the character but the voice type it up to the auditioner
The story centers around 1st year and the outgoing Kara Scott. She takes her adventures to the next level in forming an idol group. She sets up flyers and posters to scout for members from the local schools.
Kanbina Academy - a prestigious private school with award winning programs
Montgomery Private - an elite school for the performing arts and music centered students
Roosevelt High School - not as fancy as the private schools, but still one of the best schools in town! Known for the great students
For this casting call, no official art has been made but it is in the works! I used references that are similiar to what the character will look like.
A lot of staff will be needed for this too, so if you can double up please feel free to.
There is a storyline being written out for this group! That means, more characters like a rival group may be up in the works, so keep a look out for that.
Requirements to audition:
- GOOD MIC QUALITY, with barely any background noise
- Have a discord

Dark, mysterious, mature personality. Relatively seen as cold and distant - Wren is a transfer student to Seinen Academy, 2nd year on an athletic scholarship. She is known for her athletic ability and determined demeanor. Although she is seen as mysterious, she is extremely caring for her friends even if they are hard to make for her. She also knows how to play multiple instruments and known to be multi talented. People obsess over her. It never crossed her mine to be an idol, but when she saw Kara’s compassion and drive, she said why not. I'm looking for a strong, mature voice for this role, preferably Alto or soprano 2

She isn’t used to the strict, conservative lifestyle they live and it often overwhelms her. Her dream is to be able to perform on stage one day

She tends to have trust issues due to her past. She puts up this big brave personality, but is actually pretty insecure about herself

- Who ever said the sneaky troublemaker couldn’t make into a prestigious high school? Haru is just that. She is full of fun and giggles and goofs off wayyyy too much. People ask her all the time why are you at this school if you are not serious about the work. The thing is, she is super smart but hates showing it.

- “Eliza” was brought up to be perfect. Her parents want her to be a famous musician one day or even a doctor. Sadly those are the only two paths available to her. She practices and studies every single day. She goes to an elite music school. She is very nervous around others and usually shuts everyone out. She actually just wants to be a normal student and have fun. People think she is a stuck up but she never shows that to people. Her parents are in high paying professions, a surgeon and judge so she is often lonely. Soft, soothing yet powerful voice

She is extremely popular and People admire her for always being kind and cheerful, even in stressful scenarios. She tends to also have a childish demeanor when with her sister. She is strong willed and gets any task done that is needed. She loves making people smile. A upbeat energetic voice

She is obsess with Lolita fashion, especially gothic, and hides that she loves the kawaii culture. She is also very over dramatic and tends to at too cool for school. But she is more mature than her sister. She secretly loves the idea of being an idol, but pushes it aside. She has a strong and powerful voice
