Project Overview
This will be a comic dub for the "Smug Reports: Pokemon Fan Comic Dub" made by SmugSneasel on Webtoon.
Quote from the Creator:
"A Sneasel and a Smeargle with abnormal intelligence decide to take over the World!...Region!...Whatever! But Step One is to target the Pokedex, the universal encyclopedia of pokemon knowledge. By using their unique positions as pokemon to obtain data no human could get, they seek to test, prove and disprove the various entries of the dex in order to gain the humans' trust and respect."

Voice Actor
This Sneasel is intelligent, driven, and very confident in himself. There is a smug quality to him (obviously), but tempered by curiosity and a desire to show that there is more to Pokémon than the Pokédex would suggest.

Sneasel's partner and the more down-to-earth of the two. He is intelligent in his own way, but not so consumed in himself as to have to prove his worth all the time.
