Project Overview
(This is a copy because I suddenly stopped streaming weeks after I opened the previous one, so I'm opening a brand new one since I'm back to streaming again haha. So if you applied for the previous, feel free to apply again!)
Hi! I'm Edd, also known as RatedCaptivity to a small few who I hope will be more than a small few someday!
I am a very, VERY small content creator and streamer with ~140 followers on Twitch and ~2k subscribers on my main YouTube. I stream 3-4 days a week and only post VODs on YouTube nowadays, but I hope that I can do a bit more for my content and start having better content on my main channel that is more fun than what I did years ago with it and have more come out of all of this.

To emphasize, this is a project with extremely low payment. Right now, people will not be paid much until my content starts growing a bigger audience and racks in consistent amounts of money. I have a lot of hope and faith when it comes to this, so if you have that same amount of faith that this will work out after reading, then apply! If and when it does, I am more than willing to work out a more reasonable pay for people when I start consistently making money as I know the people who help me would deserve it.
I will admit, I might be asking for a lot considering what I have written in each role and the fact that it is low pay for people, but I still like to hope that this will find some people out there. I am also working on coming out of my shell and being more confident in my content as I know I shouldn't solely rely on editors and artists for growth in my content. With the help of any of the people who audition for this, I hope I can become an entertaining person to many out there like the people I watch and enjoy and, honestly, have a bit of fun with this. So I hope I can vibe with you while we work together!

You will be paid $10 per video made. Again, this will increase as I gain traction.
Otherwise, I'm looking for someone who is willing to edit down 2-3 hour streams into 15-40 minute videos for YouTube. I make primarily gaming videos for now and I want the videos to be kind of chaotic and fast-paced but fun to watch and could keep someone's eye for the whole video. Some YouTubers I enjoy and looking for a similar editing style of or a combination of them are DougDoug, SmallAnt, Alpharad, and Sneegsnag.

I'm hoping for multiple editors as I am hoping for around 2-3 videos a week, but I understand when people need time and I'm fine with even one video a week as it is better than none.
Tell me your estimated turnaround time for each video and how many videos a week you think you would be able to pull off. And send a portfolio/playlist of videos you have edited (preferably similar to the examples) or channels you have edited for if applicable.

I am looking for people to make thumbnails for my VOD channel and my main channel.
For my VOD channel, I want simple and easy-to-make thumbnails while my main channel has more time taken toward the thumbnails as I want those to be clicked on more. Digital artists are preferred but graphic designers/photo editors are also welcome.

You will be paid $5 per TikTok/Shorts made. Again, this will increase as I gain traction.
I am looking for someone to edit down the funniest or most eye-catching parts in my streams into 1 minute or under long clips for TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Now, my streams are around 2-3 hours per stream, so there are two ways that you can go about this:
1. What I consider the easy way. You choose to either already be a person going to edit down my streams and choose to also work on shorts or you can be an individual who works with the people editing down my videos into highlights. That makes it easier as it is easy to look through the video edited down into the best parts of the streams and choose which are made into shorts.
2. What I consider the harder way, which is quite literally to sift through the 2-3 hours for each short video. But, if you choose this, you have the choice to ask me to make markers/timestamps in the stream of what I believe should be made into clips if you don't want to find that yourself.
