Helen is a cop who comes off very "slutty". She uses snarky remarks and insults to conceal her jealousy of Carmelita and her relationship with Sly Cooper. Helen finds pleasure in using men and making Carmelita suffer.

I would't blame you really,he's very handsome....those nice broad shoulders....that charming smile along with that irresistible voice. But unfortunately he is a criminal, so he's off limits. (Sigh) What a shame.(Lust,Sensual,Snarky,Hint of jealousy)

The raccoon's eyes cracked open just barely enough for him to see. All that he saw though was darkness ahead of him, all around him. He opened his eyes a bit more, then suddenly, the pain hit. This caused him to let out a low groan, he stopped moving and laid still not wanting to cause anymore pain to his head. He thought that was where it was coming from anyways. As he rested back into the cushions of the soft bed, he smelt something different in the air, and it made him nauseous, it smelled like decaying iron...and there was something else...salt. He stopped thinking as his head throbbed, it felt like something was wriggling itself about in his head. His skull felt like it had been smashed by a hammer.
A fire fight broke out between the authorities and Muggshot, with his thug security supporting him. The authorities were armed with modified shock pistols that fired lethal rounds as well as the standard bolts of electricity. But in the end Muggshot had killed most of the team, the wounded retreated back to a broken down station which they had set up as a base of operation, then they had to call in help. Her father had survived luckily, but he retired after he got out of the hospital.
Joe is a police officer who has very few lines and plays a minimal roll in the story as a whole. Joe has average and stereo Typical traits of a normal police officer.

The Father of Sly Cooper is portrayed to look similar to Sly Cooper but older. Throughout the story the character remains deceased but appears in flashbacks to the day of his death.

Carmelita's Father is a police officer who has worked with Commissioner Barkley throughout his career. He is a very honorable cop and strives for justice. He is now retired and lives with his wife.
"I chased him all over Paris and other countries but he would always find a way to escape, it was like a game of chess with a friend, not knowing what the other would do. Sometimes I would catch him, then he would slip away through the cracks. But it just feels wrong that after all these years this would happen and stop him in his tracks." (Somber,Reminiscent,Sorrow)
