Slash & Fuck is a stupid sexy dnd podcast that lost its DM (due to scheduling conflicts) and is now looking to become an Audio Drama to round out the story!
Quick Plot descriptionSlash & Fuck follows Astris, a half elf paladin, and Thea, a tiefling bard and warlock, as they try to save the land of Null from a rising new God who seeks to subjugate and control the masses.

As mentioned before you must be at least 18 to audition for this project. We deal with a range of topics such as violence (minor gore), softcore sexual encounters (nothing explicit!), religious trauma, otherness and queer identity. That said we will never depict scenes of SA, that's not our style. Our goal is to be horny and silly folks!
*Our first season is a little more explicit than the audio drama will be.

Casting Call doesn't have this as an option so where you see "flat rate" is an estimate based on the number of lines.
As well as monetary payments all of our actors will receive an IMDB credit!
Project Road MapThe scope of this project is a 10 episode audio drama. We have the first episode entirely written, the second episode is underway, and outlines of each following episode. This will be a somewhat long term commitment, so please be aware of that when auditioning!
After you've been cast you'll receive a copy of the script and will have 2 weeks to record and deliver your lines.
Est due date April 15th.
The goal is to have it mixed and ready for mastering by late May!

The DM serves as our narrator, guiding us through Astris and Thea’s exploits.
We need an emotive voice that will carry the story along from point to point.
Clear diction and a sense of humor are two important things for the DM to have.
But feel free to play around with different voices and accents in your takes! Don't be afraid to show us how you hear them!
The DM will be in every episode.
Inside a dimly lit makeshift medical tent - we find Astris kneeling by Francesca's bedside, tending to her with focused care. Thea sits in the corner wrapped in a blanket with Kinkfloof on her lap. Her eyes are unfocused, she pets the cat to soothe herself just as much as him. The tortured bodies in the Tribunal Theater still hang heavy in her mind; things so horrible Thea still can't speak her fears out loud.
The air is tense and thick with argument. As the two most headstrong women in the room attempt to out stubborn each other, Astris has a revelation.
Thea strums the first chord on her HarpLute and an atmosphere of joy spreads throughout the crowd. Her amplified voice rings out as she leads everyone in a well known drinking song. As the mood of the crowd grows so does the presence of Oberon around her. Thea begins her next song to the feeling of fingers threading through her hair and caressing down her arms.

Kinkfloof is a black Tressym who's been with Astris and Thea since the start of their adventure. He's a subject of Lilith but he's been slacking on the job and is nervous to go back. Like all cats, he's very food motivated and thinks with his stomach first. He's also a bit of a stoner,
His voice is a little stumbly, and tired. Like he's explaining something obvious to the two dumbest bipeds alive (Thea and Astris). A hint of the 90s stoner voice for the vocal fry. But feel free to play around with different voices and accents in your takes! Don't be afraid to show us how you hear him!

Rhox is the General of the resistance led by Commander Khor, and Thea’s childhood best friend and partner. He’s an intimidating barbarian who's spent the last 5 years fighting to keep his fellow dragonborn safe from the Covenant purges.
Rhox is good-natured, if not impatient. He’s a man of action who jumps into situations headfirst. He's loyal to his friends and to his cause.
In our heads, his voice is low, with a slight rasp or growl to it. But feel free to play around with different voices and accents in your takes! Don't be afraid to show us how you hear him!

I missed you so much Q. We tried to search for you. But you didn't leave a trail. Nothing! I never stopped looking for you. It became harder when the Covenant started hunting us, but I never stopped. Though, fuck Q, I never would have looked for you that close to Dawnslight. You said you were in Haven right?
(doesn't want to talk about this) I do not think my experience trapped in the node crystal would yield anything useful. I was not very aware of anything outside the node until I heard Thea.
Sweets, you know I can't just up and leave my soldiers. I'm their General, they need me. The city needs me here.

Francesca, or Esca, is a revered mother in the Covenants clergy. She never believed in the message of the Covenant, and worked hard in secret to gather forbidden knowledge.
She's Astris’ long time flame, separated when they were younger.
Francesca has a type A personality. Very organized, very regimented. She's the smartest person in the room and she'll let you know it. Acts a bit posh. Think Scully from the X-Files.
In our minds, her voice is measured, smooth, and a little cold. She can be pointed in her remarks, especially towards Thea. But she has a softer side that comes out when Astris is around. Feel free to play around with different voices and accents in your takes! Don't be afraid to show us how you hear her!

The Mistress certainly is… loud. And it was nice to see everyone in such good spirits. It's been some time since I've seen that many genuine smiles… I'd almost forgotten how nice they could be.

Lilith is Astris’ patron and goddess of the southern realm called the Ribbon. An underworld-esque location that's home to many peoples, including drow, tiefling, vampires and the like. She is queen of the devils.
Her motifs include lust, pleasure, pain, chains and blood. Very Hellraiser like, but less murdery.
We hear her voice almost like a calm, but threatening whisper, she doesn't need to be loud to be commanding. But feel free to play around with different voices and accents in your takes! Don't be afraid to show us how you hear her!

Oberon is a god of the northern realm of the feywild, as well as Thea's patron and sugar daddy.
He's good natured, and has done everything in his power to keep Thea safe.
Oberon is the fairy king, nature is his dominion; wild, untamable and free. He presents himself as a large, emerald green, satyr with massive elk horns.
We imagine his voice deep, with a sensual ring to it. He is a being older than time, and he speaks like time doesn't matter. Flowery words with measured flow. But again feel free to play around with the accent, and tone in your auditions! Don't be afraid to show us how you hear him!

Khor is the Commander of the dragonborn resistance that took the Covenant city of Utopia. He's more cautious and calculated than his General, Rhox. Khor is careful with the lives of his followers and will not risk their lives needlessly.
We hear his voice as deep and resonant, with a slight rumble to it. But feel free to play around with different voices and accents in your takes! Don't be afraid to show us how you hear him!

Well, it sounds like you two know what you need to do next. Our forces will send word of our victory here. We will hold this city until your return. I can not over state the importance of this victory, you've given everyone here more hope than I've seen in years.
I'm beginning to see I should trust the Gods. The Wise Master believes you will succeed, and I am inclined to believe them. Go forth and spread word of our victory, this city will be a bulwark against the Covenant's persecution.

Gurt is a pink slim queen who acts as guard and sentinel over the Wind node in Utopia. Thea and Astris found her, injured and alone, as a small slime egg and took her with them on their journey. She will serve as the operator for Thea and Astris to communicate through the nodes over great distances.
Her voice in-game had an almost slavic/german lilt to it, but that’s not required to audition. Feel free to play around with different voices and accents in your takes! Don't be afraid to show us how you hear her!
