Project Overview
In the series Jay Garrick is sent back in time by dr fate to stop a horrible event from happening but he needs a team and he can't just have the justice league or any heroes that matter to the timeline because his future may be bad but not as bad as the one to come if the justice league are missing
He has to get the heroes who don't matter the heroes that are never mentioned just forming the heroes on the sidelines
