Artist
The Character Artist would be responsible for designing (Based off of references) the main characters of Gwendolyn Lavender and Arthur Blackwood.
This will include up to five outfits and five expressions. (This is exclusive to the first arc and more may be needed later)
The setting is Victorian Era Europe.
