This is a Manga dub of the Manga series Seirei Gensouki Spirit Chronicles
General Plot summary
When 20-year-old college student Haruto Amakawa dies in a traffic accident, he does not expect to wake up in an unfamiliar world in the body of a young boy named Rio. As their memories and personas fuse, Rio realizes that he now also possesses magical powers. He is relieved to find that his burning passion for revenge against his mother's murderers has not subsided, despite his newly changed identity.Not soon after, Rio comes across the kidnapped princess of the Bertram Kingdom and saves her without hesitation. To express his gratitude, the king grants him the opportunity to enroll in the Bertram Royal Academy. Believing this to be a new chapter in his life, he is excited to study at this prestigious academy, but life here proves to be difficult for him, a slum-dweller surrounded by the majestic children of nobles.

4. I will be Playing Teen Rio I so don't ask to audition for him.
5. it is important to have at least basic knowledge of the anime, for the plot and Dub/Sub Voices.

Rio (リオ?) is the orphaned child of Zen and Ayame, living in the slums of the Beltrum Kingdom capital. He swore revenge on the person who murdered his mother but soon underwent a serious change when he regained memories of his previous life as Amakawa Haruto, who died in an unfortunate bus accident in Japan.

She skipped grade school and graduated from Beltrum Royal Academy and even becoming the lecturer in the royal institute at the age of 12, she spends most of her time researching magic, resulting in many magical inventions famous around the whole region.

Latifa was born as the daughter of a beastkin slave pet owned by a prominent noble family in Beltrum, the Huguenot household, and automatically became a slave herself since she was born.

Aishia is Rio's contract spirit as well as a high rank spirit, of which their existence are incredibly rare. She has been contracted with Rio since the start of the novel, during the time Haruto's memories awakened within Rio.
Aishia was the one who taught Rio the Spirit Arts before he sets foot on Seirei no Tami after he fled from the Strahl region due to being framed for the cliff incident.

Helmut Arbor's eldest son and heir, the royal guard's vice commander until Flora's kidnapping when she was 6 years old, he tried to force Rio to confess forcefuly to be Flora's kidnapper torturing him and that way to try to protect his position with the fact that he captured Flora's kidnapper but he wasn't able of it because Flora woke up on time for confirming Rio as her savior, hours later he would be demoted and his father expelled from the royal guard, five years after that he would try to tale the chance of fighting against Rio in the match between students and knights for giving Rio serious wounds but he lost against Rio in one hit.

Reiss is the main antagonist of the series and the mastermind behind practically everything bad happening right now in the Strahl Region. He has said several things that hint he is not human and has removed or suppressed any human emotions. So far his only known purpose is to control the power balance with the biggest countries from the Strahl region, controlling aliances, wars and monitoring the heroes, all the while working towards achieving that goal using various schemes.
