Ramona Victoria Flowers is an American expatriate who plays Vrchat and works as a "Ninja delivery girl" for Amazon.ca in Canada. She is 22 years old and Scott Pilgrim‘s main love interest and is one of the seven main characters of the Original Scott Pilgrim franchise.

She reveals very little about herself and is very guarded about her past in New York before she moved to Toronto. She is capable of traveling through Subspace and has seven evil exes who challenge Scott for her affection. She is also a tea enthusiast, as discovered when Scott is bombarded with a list of teas in one of Ramona's cupboards of her home.

Traveling through Subspace, Ramona arrived in Toronto, Canada, where she found a job as a "Ninja delivery girl" for Amazon.ca. She also got a cat, which she named Gideon as a way of working out her affairs. Sometime later, Ramona was travelling through a desert in Subspace, where she heard Scott Pilgrim moaning about how alone he feels. As she passes by, she tells that he is not alone and is just having a dream. As she leaves, Scott asks if they could make out, but she gave no reply. One day, Ramona was tasked with delivering a package to the public library, where Scott spotted her, before she left.

Wallace Wells is Scott Pilgrim's cool gay roommate and is one of the seven main characters in the Scott Pilgrim franchise.

Wallace is very open about his homosexuality, and almost always displays a snarky yet easy-going personality. While Wallace does often make fun of his friends, mainly Scott, he is shown to have a genuine sense of care towards them, expressed most prominently through his hatred of Envy Adams on Scott’s behalf.

Wallace is very easy going and calm, filling the role of Scott's voice of reason. He is also very cocky, repeatedly declaring his "hotness".

Wallace has a habit of stealing people’s boyfriends, such as Stacey Pilgrim's boyfriend Jimmy, during the first concert in the Battle of the Bands at The Rockit. He also disapproved of Scott dating Knives and further disapproved of him cheating on her, reminding Scott that knew what it was like to be cheated on himself, he then pressured Scott to break-up with Knives.

Later down the line, he reveals that he has already signed a lease with his boyfriend Mobile so he is not available to be Scott's roommate any longer even if Scott can't mature.

Knives Chau is a 17-year-old (18-years-old in the Future Episode 7) British-Canadian high school girl and self-described "Scottaholic" . When Knives dates Scott, she is happy-go-lucky, but when he cheated on her (initially "forgetting" to break up with her), her personality drastically changes.

After Scott "grows up" and reveals that he showed an interest in Ramona, he breaks up with Knives and she comes to terms with it.(Might change down the line) She is one of the seven main characters of the Scott Pilgrim franchise and also the secondary antagonist of the entire series.

Stephen Stills is the lead singer, guitarist, and "talent" of Sex Bob-omb. He is 22 years old and is one of the seven main characters in the Scott Pilgrim franchise.

In Sex Bob-omb, Stephen is referred to as "the talent" of the group by most everyone and acts as the group's lead vocalist and guitarist. Stephen keeps the band going, landing them gigs and helping then prepare, though he also expresses doubt towards their talent.

Stephen Stills is presented as a laidback and somewhat stoic and serious man. This contrasts him against the happy-go-lucky Scott and the more sarcastic and biting Kim. He tends to keep to himself and is portrayed as the sort of man who goes with the flow and not wanting to rock the boat for the most part.

Kimberly "Kim" Pine is the drummer for Sex Bob-omb, Stephen Stills' and Scott Pilgrim's band, and one of the seven main characters of the Scott Pilgrim franchise.

During gigs (or even just when practicing at home) Kim counts in the band, usually by screaming some variation of: "We are Sex Bob-omb!!".

She is 22 years old and was Scott's first girlfriend, whom he "saved" from Simon Lee back when they met.

Kimberly has a sarcastic personality and is known to be a misanthrope. A common character trait of Kim's is usually cracking sarcastic comments and jokes at the expense of her friends, mainly Scott.  Kimberly was also shown to have not much hope for Sex Bob-omb, often pointing out that they suck. Some of Kimberly’s aforementioned comments include, "Scott, your life is so interesting...",

"Young" Neil Nordegraf is a substitute member of Sex Bob-omb and one of the seven main characters of the Scott Pilgrim franchise. Young Neil is introduced as a close friend to Scott Pilgrim and is part of his friendship circle. He supports Scott and Stephen’s band, Sex Bob-omb, and considers himself to be their biggest fan.

He is very quiet and is most often seen just observing the dialogue of his friends and the events around him. He is a kind of roadie/fanboy to Sex Bob-omb, going to rehearsals and hanging out with the band despite not actually being in it. Neil strives to be just like Scott as he often repeats what Scott says, dresses in similar ways to Scott, knows how to play bass exactly like Scott, and ends up dating Knives just like Scott did.

Young Neil is referred to for the first time in Volume 6(Episode 7), as just Neil, when Scott introduces him to Stacey Pilgrim, who at first doesn't know who he is, despite the fact that both of them aided Scott in his battle with Matthew Patel and they were also both at Lisa Miller's farewell party.

Knives admitted to Neil she was really only dating him because he looked like Scott. Neil seems more interested in her than she is. Apparently, Neil seems to like Asian girls. When he first heard that Scott was dating a Chinese girl, he commented "wicked!"

Julie Powers is the social glue binding most of the characters in the series together, though she herself is a comparatively unimportant character.

Julie is known to frequently hosts parties, introduce characters to each other, and is known to be a full-time bitch and a half. Temperamental, sassy and acerbic, Julie Powers is descrbed as a bitch by many of her aquaintances and those within her inner circle. Being the most assertive and outspoken of the group, she will often make her opinion known and not hold back on what she thinks of people. A woman of somewhat short temper, she ends up rubbing people the wrong way as a result. She is also quite a social expert as she hosts many of the parties that the group ends up attending.

Stephen Stills was Julie's first known, longest running and possibly only romantic partner. The two have met in college, which would have a prominent influence on their roommates' lives as they introduced Scott and Natalie to one another.

Julie has a rather rocky relationship over with Scott Pilgrim. Having met with their shared relationship in Stephen as well as being his sister's coworker, the two don't have much in common. That said, it's clear that Julie doesn't think highly of Scott and is willing to badmouth him. Despite this, she still takes opportunities to invite him to her parties and hang out with him and the others. Julie attempted to stop Scott from meeting Ramona, unaware they already met when Ramona invaded his dreamspace. While part of this was viewed by her low view of him, it's hinted it's also out of concern after what happened with Envy.

Stacey Pilgrim is Scott's younger sister. She works at the same Second Cup with Julie Powers and is also friends with Ramona. She's based on, and named after Bryan Lee O'Malley's real sister Stacey. She sometimes calls Scott her little brother, probably because she is more grown up and mature.

She has no problem interjecting her opinions and morals into Scott's life. She apparently keeps up via Wallace's texts, so they could be considered friends, though she sometimes expresses bitterness to Wallace when he constantly steals her boyfriends. Stacey is very gossipy, a running gag in is that Wallace often texts her about the latest happenings in Scott's love life (once even when he's unconscious), causing Stacey to call immediately afterward.

Despite her often rough relationship with her older brother, she still cares about him and it often seems her rougher emotions with him is a form of tough love and wants him to get his life together. At the same time, she also tries to act like a pillar of moral support with him. This was notable during the instances when Envy was brought up, with her wondering on her brother's emotional state when she's brought up.

Matthew Patel is Ramona Flowers' first evil ex-boyfriend and the final boss of Scott Pilgrim's Precious Little Life. Matthew is the first evil ex whom Scott Pilgrim battles and despite his embarrassing defeat by Scott, he plays the important role of introducing the League of Ramona's Evil Exes to Scott, who promptly ignores his messages. 

A former boyfriend from the seventh grade. He and Ramona Flowers dated for only a week and a half, during which Ramona pretty much used Matthew and his mystical powers to ward off flocks of jocks interested in her. 

Matthew is both short-tempered and rather oversensitive. He becomes angry upon learning that Scott only "skimmed" the email Matthew sent him prior to their fight. Also when asked about his relationship with Ramona as well as his choice of outfit, Matthew reacts very defensively.

Lucas Lee is Ramona Flowers second evil ex. Lucas is a skateboarder turned sell-out actor who is shown as the star in a number of cheesy action movies, only having one movie that was deemed "kind-of good", called Let's Hope There's a Heaven and an upcoming romantic comedy called You Just Don't Exist with Winifred Hailey.

 Wallace Wells has been stalking Lucas and can be seen watching one of his movies on television when Scott first learns about him. In addition to acting, Lucas Lee also owns a skateboarding company.

Lucas is much more of a traditional bad guy, who doesn't give Scott a break or talk to him about Ramona. He is both arrogant and condescending towards Scott and is not afraid to pull dirty tricks to fight Scott or pretending to offer Scott a break only to beat him up further, the only sign of his comic book counterpart's cordial attitude is him asking Ramona how she's been, and saying that Scott seems nice.

Todd Ingram is Ramona Flowers's third ex-boyfriend. He is also a Vegan, He is in a relationship with Envy Adams and the bass player for The Clash at Demonhead. 

Todd was a composed and calculated, yet smug, arrogant, vain, and insensitive, as well as a horrible liar (Scott even calls him a "Cocky Cock"). He was also either a genius, or incredibly dim. Unlike the character in the Comic series Volume 2, Todd seems loyal to Envy Adams, considering he did not cheat on her with Lynette. he is the one who punched Knives Chau so hard, her highlights were knocked out of her hair, instead of Lynette doing so.

Being a vegan, Todd had massive telekinetic powers. With these powers intact, Todd was nearly invincible and Scott was barely able to even touch him until his powers were taken away by the vegan police for his violation of the vegan code.

at the end of the fight, the Vegan Police bust in upon the scene. The two of them call Todd out on his violation of the Vegan Code, to which he responds. "But it's only my first offense, don't I get three strikes?" One of the police officers pulls out a ticket and reports Todd had previously eaten gelato (Todd: "Gelato isn't vegan?" Officer 1: "It's milk n' eggs, bitch.") and some Chicken Parmesan, which Envy gets offended by (Todd: "Chicken isn't vegan?!"), resulting in his powers being taken away with the Deveganizing Ray. With no Vegan powers, he is quickly defeated by Scott via headbutt.

Roxanne "Roxy" Richter is Ramona's fourth Evil Ex and her only ex-girlfriend. She is also "half-ninja".

When Scott first encounters Roxy, she attacks him 4 times by flying by in a cloud of black smoke/mist before Scott "punched [her] in the boob." She then warns him that "next time, [she'd] be deadly serious next time."

Scott later sees her talking to Ramona when the two are having lunch at The Happy Avocado where he interrupts their conversation. It is then that he realizes Roxie is the next Evil Ex he is meant to fight.

Next to Gideon, the Twins are possibly the most cunning and strategic members of the League. Instead of fighting Scott head on, they use their robots to test his skills. They also take the time to learn about Scott, including his past relationship with Kim who the Twins identify as the one "constant" in Scott's life.

Separately, Ken and Kyle do not have many "special powers". They are both masters in robotics as they built several robots to attack Scott Pilgrim. Together, however, they are a skilled tag-team of martial artists and make use of a number of techniques ultilized through the "Twin-Link", such the "Double Hurricane Kick" and "Simul-punch", when fighting hand-to-hand as a homage to Double Dragon. Their hurricane kicks can also be seen as a homage to Street Fighter duo Ryu and Ken.

Gideon Gordon Graves is Ramona Flowers seventh and final evil ex, the leader and founder of the League of Ramona's Evil Ex-Boyfriends, and the main antagonist of the Scott Pilgrim series.

He plays the role of the leader of the league of evil exes naturally, but also is a music mogul who, looking for talent, hosts the band tournament Sex Bob-omb enters. Scott Pilgrim doesn't know this initially (nor does anyone else) as he's at first referred to as "Mr. G", "G-man Graves" and simply "G-Man." 

A slash of the sword from Gideon is able to completely shatter the Power of Love. Gideon then tries to kill Scott, but loses his sword when Knives kicks it out of his hand. While Knives attacks Ramona, Gideon and Scott fight in hand-to-hand combat. Scott eventually throws Gideon off the pyramid steps so he can stop Ramona and Knives' fight. However, while he's trying to explain things to them, Gideon impales Scott in the back with his katana, and utters the words "Game Over", as Scott falls to the floor, dead.

When Scott retries the stage (after revival from the Extra Life), the Power of Self-Respect overpowers Gideon, causing him to be knocked down, earning Scott an even 7000 points. After Scott settles things with Ramona and Knives, Gideon gets back up and impatiently demands that Scott fight him.

Natalie V. "Envy" Adams is Scott Pilgrim's ex-girlfriend who brutally "kicked his heart in the ass".

She was initially a quiet, mousey girl, but she decided to change herself and her self image. She ends up becoming more callous and aggressive in contrast to her initial personality.

Scott describes her original personality as being "nice" and is baffled as to what she has become.

According to Scott, Envy was a warm and friendly person before the fame blinded her. From what was seen, she was also a somewhat quiet and mousy girl, content to indulge in her hobby of anime though not afraid to go and snipe at Julie. However, upon discovering her singing talent and joining Kid Chameleon, she began changing. Becoming infatuated with the rock lifestyle and likely tempted by fame, it influenced her to go and distance herself more and more from her old life. She sold of her anime collectibles for money to buy expensive clothes along with later adopt the stage name of Envy/Tory, likely to solidify this change into a different person. However, she also became colder and more aloof to Scott, with her prioritizing the success of the band (and by extension her) over everything else.

Lisa Miller is an actress. She was close friends with Scott Pilgrim and Kim Pine, and the three played in a band called Sonic & Knuckles. She returns in Episode 5, instigating (mostly one-sided) sexual tension between her and Scott, causing Ramona Flowers to become jealous, despite Scott's resistance to Lisa's advances.

Lisa and Scott were friends way back, though Scott was initially irritated by her and avoided being friends with her altogether. They had a mutual attraction, however the relationship went nowhere since neither of them were willing to make the first move. This mild tension ended when Scott started dating Kim, and later, lisa left Vrchat.

Lisa and Scott later discuss why they never acted on their possible attractions to one another and through their discussion, Scott comes to terms with his feelings of genuine love towards Ramona. Lisa then later quits vrchat permanently and moves to California to further pursue her acting career, and is given a big farewell dinner by the rest of the characters.

Jimmy was Stacey Pilgrim's boyfriend whom she brought to Club Rockit to see Sex Bob-omb play. He was later seduced by a drunken Wallace Wells after Crash and the Boys played "Last Song Kills Audience", causing a furious Pilgrim to break up with him. Jimmy will only appear in Episode 1

When Stacey witnesses this, she yells, "WALLACE! Again?", implying that Wallace has done this kind of thing to her before

Other" Scott is 26-year-old, He doesn't seem to mind being known as "Other Scott".

He is "fairly gay" and Wallace Wells' best friend

Mobile is Wallace Wells' boyfriend. They met while dancing at a club and the two are revealed to have been dating since Volume 3(Episode 3).

Mobile and Wallace move in together at the end of Volume 4(Episode 5) and he makes his first appearance at the end of Volume 5(Episode 6), during which Scott mistakes him for Gideon and promptly freaks out. Other Scott says that Mobile is "very intense,” leading to Wallace retorting that he’s only “slightly intense.”

It's a running joke for a while that Mobile never appears on panel—early in volume 5(Episode 6) Scott calls him "your fancy psychic boyfriend I'm not allowed to meet."
