Hello! This is a Casting Call for ScienSage which is a twist on the story of Rapunzel! This will be a Minecraft Film/Movie NOT a Series meaning that instead of many episodes, it'll be a 1 hour-2 hour long video. This will be posted to my YouTube Channel. I am in need of VA's. Here are the rules and requirements:
1. You need to be serious. I don't mean that you can't have fun, I'm saying that when I need you to do things for me, I need you to prioritize them above all that. If you apply, you need to actually commit.
2. PLEASE do your best to send in lines at the right time. I get it if there are complications which you can talk to me about. I will be happy to extend the due date.
3. Please either have discord or skype. I'm leaning toward discord. This is where I'll send lines, announce important things, and more!
4. Be respectful to staff!
5. Have a decent microphone with not too much background noise. I want your voice to be clear and beautiful :D.
6. Please be 11+ in age. It's easier to work with more mature people.
Extra things to know :
This project will really start hitting the road in Summer. Hopefully, you don't mind the wait.
If I find good people for the role before the due date, I will cast them ahead of time. Sorry if you are not happy with that.

The narrator is classified as a supporting character because it mainly just voices in the beginning and the end. I don't really have a specific voice you need for this role, but audition and wow me! Make sure to leave your discord or skype in your audition!
A soon to be father and mother in a hospital would normally be a happy thought. This time, it isn’t. The poor ill mother, Erin, lays.
This is Madame Rose Chester. She’s the sister of Kyran. As a child, she wanted to be the person to follow in her father’s footsteps to become a great scientist and own his lab. Unfortunately for her, it was passed to Kyran instead.
You may be wondering why Madame Rose would even WANT the baby if she were trying to take over the company. Well, why don’t you check it out.
Josh Jackson is basically the Flynn Rider in this story. He helps Sage follow her dreams. Josh doesn't have a good life at home. For this role, you're going to need to be able to put in a lot of emotion for those parts. Luckily, in this project, there won't be any real lovey dovey scenes because I'm not great at making those XD. He needs a medium voice.
(Worried) NO! Please! I need to get to Sage! She's in trouble!
(Angry) Isn't that your job as a dad?!
(Sympathetically) Oh Jane..I didn't know...
Toflutter is the little pixie that helps Sage along the way. She’s like the “Pascal” in this take on a Rapunzel story. She doesn’t say much and kind of just follows Sage around. She has a high pitched voice.
(Curious) Whatcha doing, Sage?

Madame Rose Chester is the Mother Gothel of this project. She is the VILLAIN. She is very selfish and wants the lab all to herself. heheheehe
Heh, a healing potion is being brewed in the lab...If I just got my hands on it..I could be super rich! The media would DEFINITELY want me to be the leader of the company!
Tonight, I will sneak over to Science Age Lab and STEAL the potion!
Sage, why would you ever want to go there?? It's a HORRIBLE place.
Kyran Angevin is the father of Sage. He is a scientist and owns a lab called the Science Age Laboratory. He mainly shows in the first and last parts of the movie.
(serious) Hand over the potion.

Married to Kyran Angevin, Erin is the mother of Sage. Shee is a scientist and works with her husband. She'll also be shown in mainly the beginning and last parts of the movie. She has less lines than Kyran since she gets sick.
ROSE?! What are you doing! Kyran, stop her!
Xenon Jackson is Josh's father. He is a really mean and strict father who isn't always there and doesn't pay attention to his children. His voice needs to be kind of deep and mature. You need to be able to show angry emotions.
Why are you home so late? Where were you?

Jane is Josh’s sister and the daughter of Xenon. She’s about 11 years old. Jane is very bright and gets annoyed when Josh leaves the house. She wishes that Josh would hang out with her again just like they used to. She should have a medium - high voice.
(Annoyed / Mad) Why should I help YOU after I was left ALONE with Dad because of ONE OBLIVIOUS PERSON!
(Annoyed) And how well it benefit me? All I ever wanted was for you to hang out and talk to me like we used to..
The Science Age Laboratory? The passes cost like $50 each! Where will you get that money?
Officer Bridget Spady is a friendly neighborhood who helps make sure nobody is breaking rules in the Science Age Laboratory. With this task, she’s become good friends with Kyran and Erin. She is the person who leads the search of Sage. Later on in the story, she helps out Josh and Sage. She needs to have a mature voice and mean BUSINESS! After all, she's a police officer!
(Skeptical)I don't know, kids. That would be really bad if I got caught.

Basically just a really, creepy, scary character. The voice can either be a deep scary voice or a high creepy doll voice. It just shows up in a few scenes, but it's part of flashbacks explaining why things are the way they are.
