The show follows an elite team sent across a galaxy-wide Empire as political unrest, rebellions, assassinations, and hidden threats begin to unravel what once looked like peace. being sent throughout the galaxy, by the monarchy who oversees everything, they encounter horrors No one could think of.

Joined the military to help with the war at 14 (illegal at the time) her planet was struggling in this war and created an elite training program for children - For this reason she is seen as illegitimate of her general rank - The law then changed lowering the age to join the war at 14 many years later
Her voice is calm, and serious but not completely monotone. She rarely shows real emotion but when she does it's very meaningful. - this doesnt mean she is devoid of emotion in her voice, she doesnt sound like a robot.
NIKO: Mad would’ve hated this place.
GENERAL VOSS: Mad?
NIKO: Magnus. My friend. I call him Mad.
GENERAL VOSS: Why?
NIKO: Because he is. He once tried to jump a training wall with a lunch tray. GENERAL VOSS: Did he succeed?
NIKO: No. That’s why it was funny.
GENERAL VOSS: You miss him.
NIKO: Yeah.
GENERAL VOSS: Good.
NIKO: Good?
GENERAL VOSS: Missing someone means the war has not taken everything from you yet.

This character is the Deuteragonist/second main character (Voss is the Protagonist) Niko is going to be a big part in the stories development, and a big part of the story revolves around him.
He starts in the academy where he is stripped away from his family, and friends to join Vanguard 7. He struggles with his team, thinking they hate him, for his age and whenever he makes mistakes.

Engineer of the vanguard 7, incredibly passionate about engineering, has a very calm demeanor - has the strange ability to sound absurdly passioante and energetic but also calm and tired at the same time.
Niko: “You made me a stick?”
Tahliah: “I made you a gravity-responsive restraint baton.” (sarcastic)
Niko: “So… a smart stick.”
Tahliah: “A very expensive smart stick. Try not to lose it.” (sarcastic, playful)

Spoiled Posh prince - unaware of the struggles and horrors of the wars. Comes off as Rude and Ignorant because of his desire to truly see combat for himself, never listening to the true horror stories from soldiers.
(This role should sound like royalty while sounding Cocky and Often times rude, although carrying himself with the demeanor and voice of royalty)

PRINCE: So you’re the child soldier everyone’s whispering about.
NIKO: Cadet Renn, Your Highness.
PRINCE: Vanguard Seven. Must be exciting.
NIKO: Exciting isn’t the word I’d use.
PRINCE: No? I’d kill to see real combat.
NIKO: People usually say that before they’ve seen it.
PRINCE: Careful, Cadet.
NIKO: Sorry. General Voss says I’m meant to think before I speak.
PRINCE: And do you?
NIKO: I’m working on it.
