Sam and Phil: Journey Across the Galaxy ACT 1 Comic Dub
Project Overview
Brothers, Sam and Phil team up with other humans, Yuri and Steve to help them collect items called Moon Shards hidden around the depths of the galaxy, to help the brothers return to Earth to find their parents. While on their journey, they will discover secrets of a long-winded past that lied within the stars...
This project is my second time working on a comic dub, and I strongly believed I have improved greatly after my debut film "The Origins of Sticky Guy." If you would like to audition for these great characters, feel free to do so, and I'll pick out who will play them! And maybe once I get to working on ACT 2, you'll return to play the role once again!

Sam is an optimistic, positive, and naive individual whose only goals are to explore the galaxy and find his parents. When he's down on his luck, he tries all he can to lighten the mood, no matter the situation.

[Relaxed, Optimistic] Don't be a downer, Phil! There's only four of us, and only one of him!
[Positive, Wholesome] You know, this day has been great to the end! We got to fighting that big monster and won, we managed to escape from Malum, and we got to see Mr. Beatle again!
[Nervous, Assuring] Well, you know, I'm not exactly the kind of person to have that kind of stuff. Phil tells me it's a terrible addiction to some people.
Phil is typically sarcastic, stoic, and a bit of a stick in the mud. But he'll do anything he can to lure Sam and his friends out of danger through his sense of logic.

[Mildly Annoyed] Sam, are you really gonna confuse "outnumbered" with "outmatched?"
[Smart Ass] Well, I would tell you that a large swarm of pikto wasps came and saved us, but you probably wouldn't believe us.
[Sarcastic] Great thinking, Sam. We're totally not gonna get tired before he does.
Steve acts as a comedic relief for the group, being the main tough guy and wanting to protect the good guy from the Space Demons. However, once his personal life gets involved, he'll do anything he can to hide it away from people in order to protect them. The voice for this character is tough and imposing when he acts high and mighty, but in serious moments, his voice is deep and calming.

[Brave, Heroic] There's only one way... and it's to go guns blazing!
[Serious, Warning] It's the dictator of the Space Demons. . . the man who declared the Universe War. . . Count Hell.
[Serious] Listen, this whole ordeal with my dad is something I don't want Sam involved in. He's at his peak of optimism. There's just no point in dragging him down to my level.
Yuri is essentially the smart one of the group, giving insight on the problem. However, she plays a part of gaining confidence as the story goes, being much more physically active to solve problems.

[Panicky, Worried] Didn't you listen to Mr. Beatle? These things are incredibly valuable! There are people out there that want to get their grubby hands on these. Especially the Space Demons!
[Explaining] I wanted to look into what Moon Shards we have left to look for. From what I learned so far, apparently there are different types of them.
[Concerned] Steve, I'm your friend, you know? You can tell me anything. You need to get this off your chest, so just tell me.
Malum plays as the main antagonist for this series, and he's the playful, sadistic, and manipulative entity wanting control over the main character to get what he wants.

[Menacing] It's a shame, really. Your "children" almost remind me of you. Sadly, they won't live to see what you've hid all these years because of your pitiful insecurities.
[Playful, Impowering] Why, that's the sound of my "didn't ask" instincts going off! That means you should probably get up there and give the audience a little show.
[Threatening] Well, no need for the style, humans! You'll be attractive once I DISENTIGRATE YOU!
Mr. Beatle is a nervous fuse that will do all he can to protect Sam and Phil if the opportunity comes. He has a past he doesn't want anyone to get involved in, hinting at his trauma.

[Extremely Nervous] U-uhh... hehe... that's uhh... pretty funny, S-Sam. Where'd you hear that one from??
[Worried, Panicky] No way! Listen, I know exploring the galaxy has become a fun hobby for you, but for something like this? This isn't a game! I promised your parents that you and Phil would be safe, and I'll make sure of that!
[Mad, Emotional] Because it doesn't concern you boys! It doesn't! I won't let you two into my past life only to lose you! [Almost crying] And I won't lose anyone... not again.
Lady Midday is the creepy phantom Space Demon that plays as a minor foil to the main characters. She doesn't play too much of a big role in Act 1, but will return with more screen time in Act 2.

[Creepy, Menacing] Peek-a-boo!
[Furious, Threatening] You brat! You broke the only thing I needed to kill you all!
The Behemoth is a large Space Demon that acts as a minor foil to the main characters. His lines are more used as a gag at the end of his episode, so if you audition for this role, you won't say much.

[Annoyed] You know what? Screw this. I'm going home and taking a nice long nap.
If you audition for any of these roles, you'll be casted to play a certain minor part.
