Idolmaster- Saite Jewel [Japanese Cover]

Hi!~ It's Metia again ^^/

I'm looking to do a cover of Saite Jewel from Idolmaster this time around since my friends really got me into the game, and this song made me love the game. I'll be taking the spot of Arisu Tachibana, so you won't be able to audition for her.

This will be published to Youtube once everything is done with recording mixing and animating (I'll be doing the mixing and animating so no worries)
The typical time I allow for getting lines in is 2 weeks, but I'm fine with changing it if anyone objects to it once everyone is casted.

No one will be casted until midnight of Oct 29th EST time. I'll also choose the auditions that will sound the most like the girl they're auditioning for (most like the girl in the lower octave for guys, don't strain yourselves), and who I believe will blend the best with everyone else's voices.

Auditions can be from either males or females, so do your best~

Only requirements would be:
little to no background noise (has to be able to be edited out in your recording program or audacity)
Be able to sing in time with the music
Be able to turn lines in on time if casted (unless you ask for an extension)

  • Just in case

    In the event that not every part has an audition at the time of the casting date, I will still cast whoever did audition and rearrange the script for the song. I have also changed the requirement from singing specific Idolmaster songs to all Idolmaster songs. Be aware that you can record these with music or acapella.

Asuka has a commanding, but pleasing voice. Her voice fits a mezzo-soprano the best in my opinion.

In this song Syuko's voice is soft and light, like a feather. (However it's not to be confused with a quiet voice) It's in between mezzo-soprano and soprano.

Fumika's voice is smooth and within the alto- mezzo soprano range. It has a soft touch to it as well that calms the senses.

Kanade sings the powerful alto notes in this song, some of the alto notes can seem pretty high, so be aware of that.

Her voice is a bit on the rougher side, but it has a very prominent presence that gives people chills.
