Update 12/24/25. I have added 2 new roles and extended the deadline to December 31st, 2025.
Dan is a persevering, hardworking, and straight-faced Siberian husky, who is the leader of the group. He usually is the one in command and won’t stop at anything to get a task done, which can lead to him having a loud voice and getting him and others in danger.
(Neutral) I saw this very good ice cream place around here.
(Commanding) Okay Stein! The news reporter said Main Street right outside the Generic Brand Name Store!
(Yelling) Jak!! What are you doing!?
Stein is the intelligent member of the group, and is always second in command. He is even smart enough to carry around a text to speech machine, which he uses to somewhat communicate with humans. He is almost always seen around Dan.
(Panicked, Yelling) It’s a crane! Looks like they lifted the load so it wouldn’t get stolen!
(Stern) Dan’s the leader, listen to him.
(Energetic, Yelling) On it!
She is Jak’s (Another character) best friend, she always is encouraging to her friend and is usually willing to do whatever he does. She also is a therapeutic type of dog.
(Excited) Hey Jak!
He is a minor side character who is, obviously, a news reporter. His commentary usually helps Dan & Stein track down the round object.
We interrupt this program right when it was getting good for some breaking news!
She is a news reporter usually on scene of a report.
Thanks Ben. I’m here with a victim of the incident.
There are many minor characters that make single appearances in the pilot, this includes humans, and dogs.
(Yelling, Panicked) Round thing!!
You guys will help create the script for the episodes, however most of the pilot script is already completed, but it needs a few finishing touches and changes.
*Say something you think would fit*
The storyboard artist will visualize a scene from the script, which will be used as reference for the full animation. ToonSquid is recommended.
*Say something you think would fit*
You will use the storyboard to create a basic linework animation. Lip syncing is recommended but optional. ToonSquid is recommended for animation.
*Say something you think would fit*
You will patch the linework animation done by the rough animators and color it, finish up lip syncing (if not done already), get rid of any extra lines or tangents, and fix any animation errors.
