This is our titular character, Roselle!
Roselle was an angel of God who took a fond of how Jesus loved the world and wanted to humble herself to give love for a poor boy without it on Earth. Being granted the opportunity of stepping down to Earth as a humble servant for the Lord, she rejoices and dedicates her new life to him.
