Project Overview
In the world of Orvellia, ninety percent of the world is born with a unique and personal magic known as a Mystic. People who are born with Mystics are called Magi, and those who aren't born with them are called Humes.
At sixteen, Magi youth from the five continents across Orvellia are required to attend a magic academy -- the best academy is in Aquaria, the royal continent. It's known as Rosedawn Academy.
Bianco Orvellia is a recently orphaned child from the island nation of Mysteria who was accepted into the esteemed academy. He soon finds himself being placed in the newest and most enigmatic class known as Class Crystal.
However, the hardest part is that he has the weakest mystic in his class.

Some important things before auditioning
I am a student and this is my first project, so please be gentle with me. Please don't expect professional payment, as I'm not capable of that. However, I felt bad about not wanting to pay people for their work.
Please have a Discord account. I want to speak with any accepted voice actors and record lines specific to the pilot/video, and get to know you. I know this is a business relationship, but I would strongly prefer to know the people whose voices I am using for my project. To clarify, I do not expect us to be best friends, but simply not strangers.
As mentioned, I am an amateur, so please bear with me. I am learning along the way. I really want things to go well and for people to enjoy working with me, so I ask for respect in return. To clarify, I am young and inexperienced; please give me leeway.
While I am not picky with audio, please use a clear microphone that does not sound like it's being recorded in an echo chamber or a wind tunnel. I want to be able to hear you clearly.
Please be interested in the long term when applying.
I understand being busy and caught up, but please communicate, especially if you're no longer interested in the project. Please don't audition, then ghost me.
None of the lines has voice direction simply because I wish to see the voice actor's interpretation. A good actor, in my opinion, is an actor who can make a character their own while staying within the confines rather than blindly following direction.

Master Yun-Tal is the first Hume in Orvellia history to receive the title of "God Blade," which is the highest rank of swordsmanship in any particular school of swordplay. He is very sagely, stoic, and a little gruff. He detests wanton violence and using his sword to kill anyone who isn't deserving of death. He prides himself in being a testament of what a hume can do.
Yun-tal is mid to late forties and has a deep, almost melancholic voice, think Iroh from Avatar. Do not go too cartoony.
You MUST be 18+ to audition for him.

He appears in 1 and a quarter episodes and 1 skit, not going over more than 30 lines.

Baptiste is a swarmy, arrogant noble who happens to be the 'elected' mayor of the minor city of Rayla. He is pompous beyond belief and genuinely believes anyone who isn't him isn't worthy of his time. Yet, despite this, he knows how to act with decorum! He is articulate, very well spoken, and not above threatening someone who doesn't fall in line. A know-it-all with a very punchable face.
Baptiste is in his late twenties and has a medium tone voice, think Ferdinand from Fire emblem 3 houses. He has a very arrogant way of speaking.

Leonardo is personally responsible for the fame of many singers and actors across the country of Rosetta, but there is always something a little skeevy about him. He speaks with such a peculiar intonation, like a really bad gangster, and while his words are charismatic, he makes you squirm.
He's in his late twenties with a medium-range voice.

Penelope is a star student at Rosedawn who believes wholeheartedly in mind over matter. She is someone who is determined to achieve her goals no matter the cost. She believes in hard work and a good, positive mental outlook. She is very much a tomboy with a more gruff voice, not afraid to get dirty if the situation calls for it -- very sporty. Yet, she is very outgoing and always willing to protect someone in their hour of need.
She has a lower voice, think Chie from Persona 4 or Lady Nagant from My Hero Academia.

Ophelia is an up-and-coming popstar under the Starlight Records label; her stage name is Ferry. She was also trained with Charity Albright, the two of them being old friends and coworkers. She's typically upbeat and bubbly, but she can also have a real bratty streak whenever she's overwhelmed. She's not as popular as Chari.
Ophelia is a late teen and has a higher-pitched voice, borderline airy.
