*Music Album* Robotic Hodge Podge
Project Overview
Would you like to be a part of defining the new decade with musical styles from decades of old?!
Welcome to the greatest and most comical radio show you've ever experienced. This will require you as a creative to make original music. We need people who can not only make music and lyrics, but combine them to make something that's never been made before. Think you can help? Good, as most great projects go this is a passion project and requires that passionate drive. I want to pay the people who would willingly do this for free, so if that isn't you today then so long. Because here on Planet Robot we put our atomicly powered hearts into every project we create.
We need singers, composers and musicians. Lyric writers are also welcome. The theme is more or less fun and emotional music, not love or anything personal. Robots and rayguns, retrofuturisim being the thematic feel of the songs and era (30s-70s). Great examples of comparable music would be...
Feeling Alive by Earl St. Clair. Or perhaps Happy all the while by The Jive Aces. Or even Empires by The Electric Swing Circus. There may also be audio drama parts where there's a break in the action. This album will focus heavily on retrofuturisim and the space age, giving listeners a nostalgic experience of another kind.
We'll be making 15 original audio tracks with lyrics. Possibly three additional instrumentals and 16 Audio drama/ Reader's theater bits.
But please do not spoil the experience for anyone else.
All recordings submitted for this project must be reviewed before any form of payment or publication. All connections to this project must remain anonymous unless approved details of release. This role will be the announcer for the album, as well as a singer. Sorta like an old radio show. Have fun with it. No swearing and keep it clean.
Old Timey Radio Voice: Listen up my friend, here at Sputley's microchip warehouse, we have only the very finest robotic brains. And you can bet they come pre programmed with the two laws of robotics .... Er what? Oh I meant to say three. Yes, three laws of robotics.

Requirements:
Must be able to make your own original music.
Must be able to collaborate with other musicians.
Must be able to create music to work with lyrics.
Provide examples of music you've created (if possible) With and without lyrics. Both are preferred.

This role would only come into play in a few tracks. Piano could work, but the saxophone or even trumpet could be helpful.

You'd be reading some minor roles and providing your vocals for some backup parts of tracks. This is a minor role, but still important to the album in whole.

Reading to an audience a poem: In caves and factories all over Japan, robots and ray-guns are built by man. Soon they'll invade the land. Oh what a day for mankind.
Looking for someone who can create classic sounding robotic and digital sound effects. From something as cartoonish as the Jetsons to something as epic as Back To the Future. Anything could help. Please provide some examples of the sound effects you can create. Musical tones will also be requested

Your position would be in creating sound effects for use in our project. Such as walking, and slamming a door or possibly rustling bushes or opening a bottle of cola that has a glass cap. If digital effects are provided, this would be fine, but they must be original effects. The reason the pay isn't as much is that we hardly need any additional sound effects.
