Project Overview

Who are we?

At Renji Productions we strive to create stunning and creative indie animations. We're a team of over 80 people and looking to expand! If you're interested in our creative endeavors feel free to apply.

We're currently in the search for more animators, storyboard artists, characters designers, video editors, and animatic artists. All of which will be helping us produce an indie animated pilot: Threads of The Theater Circus, directed by Renji.

Requirements for submissions:

  • Good video quality is a must, we need to see all of the details and strengths of your work, this'll also be important when working on a team where understanding everyone's visual vision is important.

  • You must speak English since our team is made up of people of different backgrounds we're using English so we can all communicate together without barriers.

  • Your Discord username must be shared as we need to be able to communicate assignments, deadlines, and other important information and to do so we use Discord.

  • A written description to show your expertise and other important information we should consider so we understand everything about your work.

What you can expect:

We're friends before co-workers, as we strive for a friendly encouraging environment. Additionally we like to highlight the work done by each individual, and give credit where credit is due. You can be sure of a fun time while doing work at Renji Productions!

Job Description:

Key-frame animators will be responsible for making clean, readable frames to make distinguishable poses in order for in-between animators to complete the motion. Key-frame animators should be strong in their understanding of motion, poses, animation, and anatomy. Key-frame animators will work for projects that the team undertakes, effectively having a role in the team and not just to a singular project.
