Sword is socially awkward and immature but heartfelt. Being the swordsman son of a deity, he takes pride in learning new and old techniques and utilizing them in combat, especially in phights. This leads him to shout out some of his moves cheesily. Despite this, his gear being a simple unmodified sword leads many to underestimate him on first impression, much to his ire.

He tends to speak without thinking first. Sometimes this annoys others such as Medkit

Biograft is a robot made to kill, and as such it is devoid of any notable personality. Most of its dialogue and exchanges with other Phighters consist in it either speaking its orders out loud, stating its own existence or criticizing their combat methods. Despite this, Biograft is shown to express curiosity, a sense of self and even worry in some interactions, showing that it is not devoid of any emotion whatsoever. (Credits to the official wiki.)

Character uses he/him pronouns

Rocket is described to be "clingy, hyperactive, bit of a hardhead". He's very excitable and hyper, however he's also a little clumsy. He enjoys blowing things up. (Credits to official wiki.)

Slingshot comes off as energetic. Gung-ho on being speedy and zipping around opponents in Phights. He's friendly to his close friends and even does playful jabs with them. He has an air of responsibility from him, stemming from his ownership of a cafe and also the living situation with Vine Staff and Shuriken. He's also passionate about footwear especially ones that enable his movements. (Credits to official wiki.)

On the surface, Hyperlaser presents himself with a stern, no-nonsense disposition. Some of his interactions with other Phighters consist of him scolding or questioning them for playful and careless behaviour on the battlefield, with the intention of getting them to focus on the task at hand. When read closer, however, it becomes apparent that he doesn't do it out of annoyance, but rather from concern that his fellow Phighters will be lost in a similar manner to the people from his past. He has PTSD and experiences hypervigilance.

When not focused on the battles before him, Hyperlaser becomes rather curious about other people; much of his dialogue is him asking other Phighters about themselves, usually in regards to their weapons and skills. He shows a greater amount of concern for Katana than anyone else, and tries to coax him into slowing down and talking about his problems.

Despite wanting to leave Blackrock in the long run, he still takes his work with them seriously. He does not feel guilt about the deaths he has caused working for Blackrock. (Credits to official wiki.)

Medkit can be seen as outwardly forlorn, being cynical and sardonic at the expense of others but also caring about them as a doctor would. He has PTSD and suffers from paranoia and nightmares. Medkit despises being a doctor, yet was ironically created with the gift of healing. He is more fascinated by technology and engineering, longing for a time when he collaborated and innovated to help others. Medkit has a very sophisticated taste, only eating foods of the highest quality and sees consuming things like juice as childish. (Credits to official wiki.)

Boombox is a chill phighter, who has a little care for Phights; like when he mentions 'No time for coffee!' when in The Iron Cafe. Boombox seems to both like being a party animal while also taking some time to relax. Boombox enjoys to make friends, and enjoys being with others than being by himself, he is very positive towards his friends, however he can end up trying a little too hard to make friends; as seen with his interactions with Biograft, Banhammer, Medkit and Hyperlaser on certain occasions, hinting he can be seen as annoying. It is difficult to make him angry. Boombox is interested in other phighters’ music tastes, usually asking all them about it, and despite Subspace's taste being 'The screams of my victims!!'; Boombox is still interested by it nonetheless, however gets bad vibes from them for it. Subspace is very sadistic and maniacal. He is loud and obnoxious, especially towards Medkit, leading many of the Phighters to be apprehensive with him. He constantly taunts his enemies in Phights. His dialogue in-game is always characterised as ending with a pair combination of exclamation marks or question marks following his tone of voice. However, he is seen with dialogue ending in periods in media outside of the game. He is only sycophantic if it absolves him of fault such as him towards Ban Hammer to get on his good side but is failing at doing so. (Credits to official wiki.)

As seen in her dialogue, Bive is an extremely paranoid conspiracy theorist, with most of said dialogue consisting of her rambling about various things, occasionally to nobody in particular. As seen by her tendency to speak in capital letters, it can be assumed that she also yells a lot. (Credits to official wiki.)

As seen in her interactions with other characters, DrRETRO is a friendly, happy NPC who takes her job as a doctor seriously as seen in her interactions with characters like Infected.

Despite this, she doesn't hesitate to kill players who annoy her, as well as random NPCs if the elevator happens to be too full. The reason for her doing this is unknown. Although she only speaks in cat noises, various pieces of dialogue are translated. How the NPCs know exactly what she's saying is currently also unknown. (Credits to official wiki.)

Unlike other NPCs, FleshCousins are said in lore to be an entire species of entities rather than just one member. They aren't fully sentient, with animalistic intelligence comparable to birds or fish.

The FleshCousin we see in-game is reportedly always the same one. According to Yeuc_c, it is confused and lost.

FleshCousins speak entirely in a word salad vaguely relating to things spoken or done to them, with them rarely speaking in a coherent manner. FleshCousins also have a tendency to mimic the speech of other NPCs on the elevator, although their words will still remain incoherent, much to the irritation of others. (Credits to official wiki.)

Folly is intensely cruel and brutally honest, and will often prophesize about killing other NPCS in her dialog, or insulting the path in life that other NPCs have chosen for themselves. Folly is also aligned with MR, another NPC known to kill people. Folly also has the ability to invade other's dreams, and uses this ability to forcefully gather information from others, and feed on the fear in their minds. Due to these factors, Folly is extremely unliked among all NPCS, because of her sadistic and mentally invasive nature.

Folly apparently dislikes the presence of the beret on her head, and usually refrains or steers the conversation away when it is brought up.

Gnarpy is consistently shown in dialogue to be loud and aggressive, thinking of themself as superior to everyone else. Unlike Pest, who acts in a similarly antisocial manner, Gnarpy is never shown to have any friendly interactions with any NPCs.

Gnarpy frequently replaces any "s"s with "z"s in their dialogue, with them occasionally peppering said dialogue with made-up alien words, usually as insults. (Credits to official wiki.)

Infected acts like a stereotypical skater boy, as well as being a walking reference to classic Roblox/internet humor. They are generally friendly and easygoing, if a bit clueless at times. They have a tendency to downplay the severity of the sickness that they are infected with, often completely ignoring the fact that they're sick and generally being unsanitary. (Infected's speech is a bit illegible and what the owners consider as 'glitchy', so don't be too concerned if you say a word wrong!)  

Lampert has a huge hatred for germs and likes to stay clean and organized, with most of their dialogue consisting of them complaining about germs and dust. They do not tolerate getting any germs on them, to the point where they insist that other less clean characters stay away. He is stoic and extremely blunt, outright telling PartyNoob that their multiple birthdays are childish to their face. (Credits to official wiki.)

Mannequin_Mark is usually a friendly, well-meaning construction worker. They mostly talk about wood and woodworking, with them having a general dislike for all other building materials. They can also be extremely stubborn when it comes to construction material, praising wood above everything else. They specifically dislike concrete to the point of violence. Upon her elevator event beginning, Mozelle will appear in the middle of the elevator, slowly rotating downwards as multiple paintings and decorations appear in the elevator. She will then go to a corner of the elevator like a regular NPC. During her entrance, she will not react to any item used on her or interact with any other NPC, except Unpleasant. PartyNoob is a happy-go-lucky individual with a love and borderline obsession with partying. Most of their dialogue relates to partying, birthdays, or something related to those topics. Their constant happiness occasionally annoys the other NPCs, mostly Pest. Despite their happy exterior, they have been hinted at being affiliated with MR in some way, albeit unwillingly. It has also been hinted that PartyNoob's happy attitude is a coping mechanism due to things that they've seen. (Credits to official wiki.)

Personality wise, Pest is standoffish from the other NPCs. He is a loner and doesn't wish to make friends, denying the fact whenever an NPC calls him one. He is easily annoyed, is straight forward, and will often steal items and lie about it when asked if he knows where they've gone. Pest has a tendency to insult whatever NPC he is talking to in Japanese so they won't understand what he's saying. (Credits to official wiki.)

Pilby is a gloomy, downtrodden NPC. They constantly look down on themself and are easily frightened by the more high-strung NPCs. They often talk about or make reference to their mother. They have a habit of saying "ough" or ending sentences with a clown-like emoticon (":0("). (Credits to official wiki.)

Prototype is a doll-like robot with white casing and a floating head adorned with four crystalline horns.

Prototype spawns in the Find The Path floor sitting on a power box at the end of the level. When activated at the end, Prototype walks over the full path revealing which tiles should be walked on. He then enters the elevator saying "Ohh!" and "What's this?". (Credits to official wiki.)

Reddy has the appearance of a tall coral red animatronic figure wearing a dark red tie.

Personality-wise, Reddy is very defensive of Red Ball Diner, which is the company that created them. Reddy will often take sentences as literal questions relating to issues regarding Red Ball Diner. Reddy will sometimes even act as if it is in Red Ball Diner despite being in the elevator, and will often fail to recognize other nonhuman NPCs as sentient (usually by mentioning that animals are not allowed in Red Ball Diner to Bive, DrRETRO, Gnarpy and Pest.) Scag is a gamer and is obsessed with vintages and antiques such as floppy disks and albums, and dust. She often talks about and advertises her shop a lot.

When speaking, Scag usually does not use proper punctuation aside from punctuation marks when speaking. Nouns/adjectives are often suffixed with "-core" and verbs (and sometimes adjectives) with "-maxxing", with hyphens usually being skipped in conjoining words to make a compound word, i.e. "Sweetcore", "Dustmaxxing".

No matter the situation, she approaches everything and everyone (save MR) with a positive attitude, even the more standoffish NPCs.

On the surface, she seems like much more of a Pollyanna, but conversations with DrRETRO and Folly seem to hint that her constant jokes are an attempt to distract herself from something unspecified. (Credits to TV Tropes - lines from official wiki.)

He was originally a normal human with his friend in camp, until he became the way he is now thanks to Gnarpy, who experimented on him. Poor Spud received severe brain damage because of the incident, and his dialogue will mostly have a Verbal Tic Name because of it. In-game, if he and Gnarpy are in the same elevator, one of their dialogue is him attempting to call xem out about it, only for Gnarpy to harshly cut them off. Unpleasant does not speak and seemingly does not react to other characters. Every other NPC in the game hates them as they are apparently too unpleasant to even be near, and NPCs will usually make insults or death threats towards them. Some NPCs may specifically mention negative experiences with Unpleasant, such as Infected bringing up that his pet cat p0pt4rt went missing after being left alone with Unpleasant and Reddy stating that Unpleasant is banned from Red Ball Diner for an unspecified reason. NPCs will often comment on Unpleasant staring at them in a creepy way despite their lack of eyes or a face. NPCs will also usually point out that Unpleasant smells extremely bad. Wallter is a construction worker that mainly builds with concrete and bricks, and is particularly obsessed with drinking Grey Stuff (which is just wet cement). Wallter is well-meaning, polite, and extremely formal in his speech. His obsession with concrete forms a rift between him and Mannequin_Mark, who prefers wood as a building material and heavily dislikes concrete. (Credits to official wiki.)

Gregoriah is a humanoid creature with primarily navy blue fur. He has one sharp, upright horn on the right side of his head, with two bands - one cyan and one orange - wrapping around it. The same pattern can be found above his hands, which resemble paws. He can be depicted with some tufts of navy blue hair on the left side of his head. He has paw pads on the undersides of his hands.

He has big, heavily lidded eyes with yellow sclerae and pupils and orange irises. He has blue fangs, blue round eyebrows, a yellow tongue, and an orange triangular marking on his face. He is depicted wearing a black graphic tee with a blue circle, a red circle, and a white triangle on it. His pants appear to be baggy cyan jeans. He wears sneakers that are black, white, and orange. Mach is a blocky, light-skinned humanoid with dark brown hair tied in a low ponytail. She wears a curved purple top hat with a white ring, along with an open suit of the same purple color and a purple shirt. She also wears lighter purple pants and black shoes. Mach has a neutral facial expression along with red glowing pupils and always seems to have her hammer with her, which has a long brown handle, black grip, and bright red head. The Broker is an individual who, despite initially coming across as jovial and light-hearted, is considered dangerous and manipulative. He has little to no sense of morals, instead preferring to align himself with whichever side of a conflict would benefit him more. He has a habit of stalking other Demons, particularly those who can grant him useful information. He does not appreciate other factions meddling in his business, and has a dislike for bootlickers. While he tends to talk in a friendly manner to most Phighters, it is soon apparent that he has ulterior motives in a majority of interactions, such as when prepositioning Shuriken for a job offer.

He has a particular hatred for Katana, dropping his usual 'jolly' façade to threaten Katana through the phone. Despite his typically exaggerated displays of joviality or threats of violence, he is demonstrably frightened by Ban Hammer - notably panicking when Ban Hammer is the one to call him.

Zuka is missing his right arm and part of his larger horn on the left side of his head is broken off. The reason behind this is not stated anywhere.

He is a former soldier of Blackrock during the war. Accordingly, he was a famous one and it can be stated that "everyone in Blackrock knew his name". He has since retired and runs Da Shop.

He's the adoptive father of Rocket and adopted him after he had blown his limbs up. He disapproves of Rocket having fun with pyrokinetics nor his participation in Phights according to Rocket's Dialogue with other Phighters.

He has ties to Venomshank and has worked with the deities. Zuka has been stated to be favoured by some of the deities. Firebrand and Darkheart explicitly so. Darkheart would still be chummy with Zuka even if they don't work together anymore.(Credits to official wiki.)

Windforce is the most destructive of all the deities, only being kept in check by Firebrand. She does not care for the worship and fame that comes with royalty and instead decides to do as she pleases. Despite this, she is a good mother to her only son, Ban Hammer. (Credits to official wiki.)

Out of the SFOTH deities, Venomshank is the one that spends the most time in Crossroads where the demons reside.

Venomshank's bite can turn others into zombies, though he doesn't have full control over it. The plague mask he wears is able to be locked so he doesn't accidentally bite another when he goes 'feral'.

Based off dialogue, Darkheart is a mischievous and mysterious person.

Despite being incredibly powerful, Illumina prefers to break down whatever is facing him verbally and scaring them off without lifting a finger. He finds amusement in handling situations like this. (Credits to official wiki.)

Firebrand is the most gentle sword of the SFOTH deities. He has a fascination for mortals, similar to how humans treat pets. This contrasts with Windforce, his sister, who is destructive and holds no regard for mortals.

They are extremely classist. Pwnatious does not hate demons like The Broker necessarily because he could take away from their business, they just hate poor demons. They are a "nepotism baby and an asshole". (Credits to official wiki.)

Traffic likes to travel. He's traveled to every region a few times through hitchhiking and stays for around a week.

One of her parents is from Blackrock, while the other is from Playground. She could be considered to come from either faction, or both. The Gravity Disruptor is not her original gear.

Warp is a mainly crimson colored demon with outwards sticking horns. The horns are flat at the top, with her right horn appearing to be chipped and having two holes cut into it. On her head, she wears a Ushanka with a Blackrock insignia on the fur, along with glasses. She wears a red and orange buttoned turtleneck jacket with fur around the collar and black shorts. The jacket's sleeves have a vertical white stripe across them as well as a pattern design on the lower half, similar to the pattern on Subspace's clothing. Icedagger rarely shows himself and even if he goes out in public, he prefers to just watch instead of interacting with anyone due to timidness. Some Phighters don't think he's real. (Credits to official wiki.)

Graffiti is a demon with pink and yellow prominent colors wears a Zeta Biograft head with long upwards pointing yellow horns with pink residue on the horns, presumably from spray painting, the tip of his horns are greyish-brown. The Zeta Biograft head has pink spikes with a yellow tip that run along the top of the head to the back, with two small triangular metal plates on the top of his head, one with a pink outline and another with a yellow outline, he also has a crash test target symbol onto the forehead, the front of the head is covered by pink residue. Their eyes are yellow semicircle outlines and the area where the mouth would be is covered by a mask. Graffiti wears a turtleneck zipper vest with a dark grey to pink vertical gradient, the turtleneck has a yellow power button on it. Graffiti wears arm sleeves with caution patterns at the start with a dark grey along the rest including a pink 'V' onto each one. Graffiti wears a caution patterned belt that goes around his hips, with a belt buckle on it. Graffiti wears pink pants with caution patterns along the sides and has black shoes with a yellow bottom and laces. (Credits to official wiki.)

Mx. Bot considers themselves to be a villain despite never doing any actual physical harm, only scaring their unsuspecting victims. (Credits to official wiki.)

Paint Buckét is very sassy.

Paint Buckét has dark gray skin. Paint Buckét is shown to be wearing an artistic beret with a plaid pattern, her horns lifting one side up. All her horns are on the right side of her head and are various colors and sizes, being a large red horn that curves upwards, small yellow horn, and a petite blue horn with a ring hung on it. She is also wearing sunglasses with a paintbrush on one of her temples and a beige bow around her neck. Paint Buckét's outfit consists of a red shirt with blue paint splatters on her left sleeve, dark gray plaid pants, and red shoes. Spray Paint is a monochrome colored demon with two horns on the left side of his face, facing downward to cover his face similar to hair. His expression usually showing unamusement. Covering his head he wears a dark grey beanie with spiked headphones underneath them. Spray Paint wears a black spiked collar around his neck alongside a light grey graphic tee shirt with a fishbone printed onto it, at the start of the sleve to the end; sewing marks can be seen across them, he also wears grey and black striped arm sleves. Spray Paint wears light grey shorts with a chain on his left hip, and wears large belted black boots that go to or even over his knees. Void Star is imprisoned in Banlands. She is completely feral and cannibalistic. She cannot talk, and can only make gurgling noises. (Credits to official wiki)

Lightblox is very nervous and anti-social, she heavily dislikes going out to public spaces and relies on Traffic and Ghosdeeri to get basic necessities. She is also always sad for no real reason, being why she cries so much. (Credits to official wiki.)

Carnage, despite being an AI and not capable of sentience, is shown to be suprisingly witty when replying to Pwnatious' outrageous requests, offering alternative activites to the Blackrock noble in an effort to calm them down. (Credits to official wiki.)

Compared to his brother, Valk is a positive and upbeat individual. He almost always refer to the player with a sense of familiarity, despite his celebrity status. He generally expresses his opinions with hyperbole, such as when he says ice cream is '13x better' than popsicles. He enjoys both the colour and the flower violets, and thinks that doves are pretty. He doesn't particularly like chocolate and can only tolerate the taste somewhat. His favourite region is Playground. He regularly reads and gets flustered by his fan mail, much to his brother's annoyance. Though he is generally friendly, he can be pushy when asking if the player has bought his new album. Ghosdeeri owns a library that holds almost all known knowledge about the Inphinity, and probably wrote some of the history books in there herself. She writes stories about Traffic's travels for her library. (Credits to official wiki.)

Compared to his brother, Dom is generally a reserved and soft-spoken individual. He typically carries himself with an air of formality, showing little emotion and regularly addressing the player as 'Phighter'. Despite this, he has shown excitement on some occasions, such as when describing his love for chocolate. He values roses as an expression of romance, as well as the intelligence of crows, over the superficial appearance of doves. His favourite region is Blackrock. He occasionally makes jabs at his brother's height, and can be pushy when demanding the player appreciates his Phestival decorations.(Credits to official wiki.)

Ban Hammer is, overall, a cocky and self-assured Phighter who will not hesitate to overstate his abilities and put others down. Despite being incredibly powerful, he willingly blindfolds himself to create a challenge when participating in Phights. He holds his momma in high regard and constantly aims to impress her with his performance. He is dedicated to enacting justice on criminals as he sees fit and considers himself a 'raging tyrant' as the warden of Banland.

He can be rather emotionally inept, as he is keen to insult other Phighters about anything from their height to their lack of horns. Other Phighters tend to respond to his insults with exasperation and annoyance, which he is seemingly oblivious to. He isn't one to accept defeat easily and makes excuses for his various failings and setbacks at all opportunities. All in all, he is an arrogant and proud individual who thinks highly of himself with little room for error.
