PartyNoob is a happy-go-lucky individual with a love and borderline obsession with partying. Most of their dialogue relates to partying, birthdays, or something related to those topics. Their constant happiness occasionally annoys the other NPCs, mostly Pest. Despite their happy exterior, they have been hinted at being affiliated with MR in some way, albeit unwillingly. It has also been hinted that PartyNoob's happy attitude is a coping mechanism due to things that they've seen. (Credits to official wiki.)
