Project Overview
Red Outcast is a story about two detectives, Raikiri and Riot, raikiri is the 507th precincts best detective, but Riot has a secret he may appear to be a desk jockey but he was part of the secret military program red outcast!
theres going to be a series of animatics before i create the full animation, the animatics are going to be about important parts of the first story arc
