Rainbow Romance Visual Novel
Project Overview
This unnamed visual novel is an inclusive dating simulator visual novel that focusses on a customizable Main Character’s first encounters at a new university far away from home. The MC will first meet several romanceable characters that are based on the seven colours of the rainbow—red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and purple. The love interests are named after the colours in a range of different languages and have personalities based on common traits the colours represent. After the player meets all 7, it’s up to them to choose which one to romance and pick the right choices during the story to have them feel the same way.
The visual novel will be created in Ren’py and although I can code, extra hands may be nice.

Payments may be included after the game is released based on how and if in-game purchases are implemented.
Voice actors may be included once the game is finished as an option for readers to enhance gameplay.

I’d like this project to be as original as possible so I’m looking for a background artist so that we don’t have to use free-to-use art.

I’d like to have special scenes in exchange for something in-game such as tickets, coins, etc. that include special images (CGs) for each character. This will require a more in-depth, detailed artistic style than the sprites.
