Rainbow Heartbeats (Dating Sim/Visual Novel) Final Call!
Project Overview
Rainbow Heartbeats has been in production since 2020! It's my first official project, but I have completed other projects while this one has been in development, including All of my Tomorrows, and most recently, With Bodies They Walk. For the demo, I managed to find 5 absolutely AMAZING voice actors for the initially included characters. But if there's one thing I like to brag about this game, it's the sheer amount of befriendable and datable characters you can interact with. Ergo, I need more amazing voice actors. :) Please feel free to audition for multiple parts.
This is the final call! Only 6 characters left to cast!
More information:
- Each character has less than 50 lines, most have less than 35. Action sounds (grunts, grumbles, laughing, etc) are required (for main characters, which include: Dawson and Lydia, and one side character, Gyeong)
- I'm looking for approximately 2-3 variations per line.
- No NSFW lines are needed, required, or will be asked for, but some lines are suggestive/playful. You do date characters after all.
- Audio files can be any file extension. I.e: .ogg, .mp3, .wav, etc
- You can record individual lines, or you can keep it in one single file (bloopers are always appreciated :P)
- You can record in any style you want, run through them one by one in abcabc style or with both takes together in aabbcc style, it makes no difference! Just do what's most comfortable.
- All lines will come with direction or implication. If at all you're confused at any time, please just let me know. I'll include my contact information for any attempts at reaching out to cast members.

Lydia is a bit self conscious about her role as a mother. She enjoys simple things but struggles with the behavior of her son after his dad disappeared.
It's... well honestly, it's exhausting. His acting out has only gotten worse since his dad stopped all contact.

Gyeong is 1 of 2 side characters that I am looking to also obtain action sounds (i.e 'hm's, 'ohs', laughter, etc). She is a controlling mother. She wants what she thinks is best for her child, and often times ends up projecting her own aspirations onto them.
You and I need to have a talk.
I've told them that I want them to focus on their education first before settling down.
I'm not heartless. I just want what's best for them.
An arranged bride bitter that her prospective husband spends all his time with another. Beautiful, but a sore loser. Think's little of most people, but will step aside if it's ultimately deemed for the best.
It's better this way, you know.
