This will include topics on; Queerness, Queerphobia, Ableism, bad parenting, abuse, child neglect, and more. If you’re uncomfortable, please don’t force yourself.
Rules
• absolutely NO AI usage is allowed
• no harassing anyone if you don’t get picked
• no sharing anything you know about the series to anyone without our permission
• no joke submissions
• if you get selected you will be put in a discord server for that project, please do not invite others to it without permission
• if selected and the project doesn’t go past pilot, do not harass us to try to get us to continue it
• if selected, do not demand compensation that wasn’t promised. We will pay you if we state directly that we will pay you. We will attempt to get payment out if it goes past pilot but no guarantee.
• if selected, do not share “bts content” with anyone without my direct permission.
• Please be over the age of 16, at the very least, when auditioning for the safety of everyone involved and over 18 (or with direct permission from a guardian) by early 2027 to ensure we’ll be able to pay you if we get funding for a full show.
• make sure to follow the instructions for the audition.
Backstory for “Railroad Coven”:
Fairies were created in stars and when earth was created; they came too. Early on in humanity they shared their powers with all kinds of humans through blessings. Eventually they found a girl, EW, who, despite the misfortune in her life, stayed kind. Meeting this human and feeling bad for her; they decided they’d work together to bless her with all the elements so that she could follow her dreams and help more people.
Sadly the human mind wasn’t made to hold all the elements and she went insane trying to keep them all in check. She began obsessing over power and destroying anything and anyone that tried to get in the way.. so after a while the fairies decided not to bless anyone with the power.. at least until EW died.
But she didn’t die. She used the power of Dark magic to conjure a body that didn’t need to eat or sleep, making her functionally immortal. By then the fairies decided that they had to do something, so every few years they’d choose 6 humans to bless with a type of magic in hopes that the 6 will work together and be able to defeat EW.
By the time the fairies had chosen the first 6, though, “regular” humans had begun shunning witches and magic altogether.. deciding that, because there were only stories of a bad witch, there must not be any good ones. Over time, as each new 6 are chosen, they die. Whether from Witch hunters or by EW herself, they die. Until one day, in the 18th century, the 6 were finally able to seal EW away. Because they couldn’t kill her, they believed sealing her was the only way.
Nowadays Witches are mostly known in fiction and believed to not be real but as the times change, the seal on EW gets weaker until she is free. Now the fairies must choose a new 6 to attempt to defeat her.. will they be able to do it?

This is wave 1. There will be 3 waves; this one (co-script writer and main cast auditions), wave 2 (storyboard artist, and music producer), and wave 3 (background character auditions, animator and colorists)
