Project Overview
Hi! My name is Elizabeth Richards and I'm a voice actress for Shizen, one of the main characters, as well as a musician creating music to use for the show. This is Ryder’s project and I’m helping them set up this casting call. Ryder is doing a lot of work on animations and I really think this is going to be an amazing show so please audition! We will need lots of voice actors, script writers, animators and other artists for this project! Any and all payments are to be determined. This is a volunteer based project dedicated to raising awareness and funds for certain charities that promote keeping the environment clean.
A note from the director:
Hey everyone, my name is Ryder Aijou creator of Rabbit Saviors! I'm a nature lover, and I'm all about preserving it. It's one of the big reasons I got inspired to make this project. It's an anime-inspired, magical rabbit-girl animated series with subtle, dark tones about building friendships, connecting oneself with the world around them, and how much our environments impact us. There's a lot of work and effort being put into this project, and it will be impossible without quality voice actors to help our team along. I just want the world to be more aware of the pollution and destruction to the oceans that's happening, I don't mind investing in team members.

Needs to be able to adjust vocals to make sure they are good quality, in charge of requesting VA's for audio if lines need to be fixed or redone. When animation is done will help put audio and sound effects to the animation as needed as well as provided music. To apply please link any previous works.

Baraguntai isn't perfect, but she's doing her best to make the world a better place for animals and the future of people. She is caring, worried, determined, ambitious, and our main character. She is 16-17 years old
"Soldier of silver roses... Protector of the earth... Baraguntai!"

"Rai, what are you doing? I'm not a superhero... Wait... Why do I have bunny ears?! What's going ON?!"
"Shizen, I'd love to be your friend! You're the greatest, you know that?"
Baraguntai’s little sister, Amai is about 12 or 13 years old and is cute, young, and hyper. Amai wants to bake when she grows up, she hates seeing people litter, hates trash, a recycle fanatic. Voice is a little less high-pitched than Sailor Mini Moon.
"My name is Amai, I'm a Rabbit Savior! I love candy and cake!"
"Soldier of cake and candy... Protector of the earth and allll its natural sugars! AAAAMAI!"
"I'm Amai, and this is my bunny friend, Cake! She really talks!"
16-17 years old. French accent is preferred but American accent would also be fine.
Tokasu is peaceful and determined. Tokasu comes from a wealthy background, but she doesn't let it come between her true identity and her friends. She's still searching for herself.
"Soldier of passion and artwork... Protector of the earth's pigments... Tokasu."
"Painting is about improving on the world, not replicating it..."
"Money doesn't define who I am, I do!"
16-17 years old, Kinarashi is a breakdancer, and is quiet but sarcastic. Was adopted by two American men who encourage her to follow her dream of becoming a professional breakdancer. She is Chinese and has an American accent .
"Soldier of the dance... Protector of the earth's skies... Kinarashi!"
"What? The DJ is one of those rabbit people too? I dunno if I can do this, guys... Saving the world? All of plant life? Isn't that a bit much for a sophomore?"
"You three losers are all talk... Let's DANCE!"
16-17 years old. Indian accent is much preferred but American accent is acceptable. Caring for her depressed mother by day, DJing at age-appropriate clubs by night. Jelly Scheme loves her childhood home of India, but had to move due to bad circumstances. She wants to get rid of pollution through song.
"Soldier of soundwaves... Protector of the earth's voice! Jelly Scheme is in the house!"
"Oh, this? It's nothing special, I'm just listening to 'Congratulations' by Pewds."
"Hey, Kinarashi, do you like my new remix? It's a work in progress, but it will get there eventually!"
15-16 years old. Lives with her abusive older sister Maritza, and a pet hamster named Chibi. Works for free as a barista in training, and loves tea parties and making new brews. Her parents are deceased. She's Canadian-American and says "eh" a lot.
"Soldier of brewing... Protector of the earth's natural ingredients... Sakura Milk!"
"Amai, You'd totally love seeing my old house, eh? We had so much snow that you JUST wouldn't believe!"
"I... I don't know about this, eh..."
A rabbit. Sounds kind of like Ash’s voice from pokemon (Veronica Taylor). Rai is Baraguntai and Shizen's best friend. He accompanies Baraguntai on her journey and gives her advice. He's encouraging but very skiddish.
"Wh-What do you expect ME to do?! I'm just a bunny!"
"Baraguntai, use your Chrome Garden attack NOW!"
"You... You have to protect Shizen, at all costs... She's the Goddess heir, do you understand the gravity of the situation yet?"
A rabbit . Amai's companion. Is twice Rai's size. She's like Rai, except very outgoing and hyper. Gets extremely protective over Amai (and snacks). Very cute, high pitched voice, but not squeaky
"Rai, you really shouldn't hide like that... The girls need our help!"
"IIIIII'm CAKE! And this is my BESTEST friend in the whooole wide world, AMAI!"
"HEY! That's MY tootsie roll! Paws off!"
Age 17-18. A lead antagonist. Soleil is a calm and collected type... Mostly. She feels like she's babysitting her two evil companions. She's the leader of the three henchwomen for Terrakage, and she's had a sad life in the past. She's very elegant in her fighting style and attacks. She plays violin. American or Irish accent are accepted.
"You two are going to be this mission's failure and downfall if you don't STOP acting like children!"
"You, why are you protecting this human? Step aside, or I will set this entire forest ablaze, understand?!"
"(Annoyed sigh) I can't believe Terrakage needed us to defeat these imbeciles... They're spineless, weak, pathetic excuses for 'saviors'..."
Antagonist. Age 16-17 years old. Saguaro is a twitchy, insane, and venomous villain who is used to living in desert climates. She's a poisonous maniac who laughs like a nutjob, has a horrible past, and attacks violently and aggressively. American and Spanish accents are both accepted
"(Maniacal laugh) NOT YOU GUYS AGAIN! IT'S LIKE YOU'RE... (Laugh) TRYYYING TO MAKE ME ANGRY! (Loud, insane laughter)"
"(Maniacal laughter) One step closer, you idiots, and I'LL END YOUR INSIGNIFICANT LITTLE LIVES!! (Loud, insane laugh)"
"(Maniacal laughter) I'M ABOUT TO END THIS RABBIT'S ENTIRE CAREER! (Very insane laughing, very scary)"
Antagonist. Age 15-16 years old. Rozul is a German-American hothead with a childhood crush on Sakura Milk. She doesn't let her terrible past cloud her mind or judgement. Is a puppeteer and loves making creepy plushes. German or American accent accepted
"(Confident laugh) I canNOT BELIEVE you idiots have taglines! What are you, NERDS?"
"I'm getting pretty tired of you guys butting in Terrakage's business... Why don't you do us all a favor, and DROP DEAD? (Cynical laugh)”
"Saguaro, can you chill the F out for two freaking seconds?!"
Voice must be mature, menacing, and god-like. Terrakage is the main villain. She was a slave in her past life, and she's seen and felt many horrible things, including the death of her close friend. As one of the 3 goddesses, she tried to take more power than she was given, and was thus severed of her rabbit ears and thrust underground as a dirtkeeper. Now she wants revenge...
"You fools... You're always failing to do the simplest tasks... Do I have to get up to that surface and do EVERYTHING around here?!"
"Soon, I will have all the power I need to eradicate this ridiculously filthy race from existence... For all eternity..."
"Soleil, I trust you will be a good lead for these two girls... Now go... Show these pathetic frilly children what it means to get in our way..."
Her voice is mature, calm, soothing, and motherly. American or English accent. Goddess of light, purity, and the preserver of nature. Lately, she's grown weak without the third goddess present, so she's called upon 6 human girls to ensure the safety of the future goddess heir, Shizen. If you are auditioning for her, please also audition for Rosemary.
"You see, Baraguntai... You have been chosen to represent Spring, all on your own! You will help Shizen purify the world of pollution and destruction..."
"Kogane... Must you practice your silly human card tricks on me? (soft laugh) ...You never change, dear..."
"Now, girls, for your ultimate attack!"
Kogane is the goddess of magic and wonder; She changes the seasons by tilting her axis wand, and manually melting the snow faster, and doing everything else. She acts a messenger to the girls from Eastra.
"Eastra, come on! I worked hard on this trick! The humans are wondrous, aren't they?"
"And now, prepare to be amazed, ladies and gentlemen, as I, the great Kogane, change your seasons before your very eyes!"
"Jelly Scheme, you'd probably get more viewers on your stream if you had mmmmagic tricks!"
Ron is a nerdy kid who shares a few classes with Brynn. He's a bit of a know-it-all when it comes to science and a conspiracy theorist. He's frenemies with Brynn/Baraguntai but slowly develops a crush on her. Cousin of Sakura Milk.
It’s the most cost-efficient. It has its disadvantages, like, its surplus of waste products, but the pros clearly outweigh the cons here. I mean, what do you want? A cheap abundance of energy or a costly system that’s only slightly more eco-friendly? Personally, I would want to better the economy than reduce a bit of garbage!
HEY! Watch where you’re going, Brynn! You’re a danger to society with that bike!
Brynn!? Where did you go? (coughs from smoke) Brynn?! Wait!...Who is that?.... are they helping people get out too? Thank goodness! But where the heck did Brynn go? Brynn!? (continues to call her name and searches for her until he gets light headed from the smoke)
Sakura Milk's abusive older sister. Blames her little sister for what happened to their parents. She's all work and no play. Canadian or American accent, doesn't say 'eh' as much as Sakura Milk.
"Why do you have to make my life such a nightmare?"
"Wow, you broke mom's favorite tea set, sis. She'd be so disappointed in you if she were still around..."
"Are you freaking serious? You think working for free is going to keep this roof over our heads?"
In her 40's, Rosemary is a caring mother of Baraguntai and Amai. Becomes Eastra at the end of the series. She's a kind and caring mom, and she loves gardening. Hard worker. If you are auditioning for her, please also audition for Eastra.
"Hey, don't run in the house! Last time, you accidentally broke my potted gardenias..."
"Alright, you two! Are you up for leftover spaghetti tonight?"
"I... I'm doing my best, you must understand that... It's not easy being a single parent..."
Age 30-40. Successful businesswoman, and quiet mother, Laurel tries not to dwell on the past and has a wonderful reputation for her artwork. She's not very aggressive. She is Tokasu's mom and Deon's wife
"Deon, please, must we talk about this in front of our daughter?..."
"I don't really like how this one is turning out... Dear, will you fetch me a new canvas, please?"
"There's a lovely new boutique that opened up downtown... Mind if we go and see it for ourselves, darling?"
Irish or American accent both accepted. A money-hungry father with self intent. Only cares about money, his wife, Laurel, and new daughter, Mint a.k.a. Tokasu.
"Now now, Mint. It's time for you to discover how filing taxes work! It's our father-daughter time."
"You're the richest girl in that godforsaken school, it's about time you started acting like it..."
"Me? Wear something as disgusting as that? Come on, now..."
Lewis, Kinarashi's busy father. He works in the fashion industry, and has his own cruelty-free makeup line. He's a workaholic, but will always have time to talk to his daughter. He is stressed but a fabulously gay dad.
"Gunnar, please, I have to get this done or my boss will eat me for breakfast in the morning..."
"Sweetie, give dad one minute, alright? He's on the phone with his boss..."
"Are you telling me that this color palette isn't out of this world? Because you have another thing coming..."
Kinarashis's relaxed dad. Yoga instructor, and the rock of his relationship with Lewis. His voice should be very soothing and calm. in his 40's
"Honey, you're so stressed... Why not try some yoga with me?"
"Longevity of life starts with a healthy spine..."
"Our daughter has a spark in her when she dances, and it makes me happy seeing her do something she loves."
In her 30's, Rehmak is a depressed, tired mother. Jelly Scheme, a.k.a. Aashi, is her pride and joy, but she worries about her going to these age-appropriate clubs at night to DJ, when she should be at home focusing on her schoolwork...
"Please, Aashi... You must stay home, where it is safe..."
"You have not finished your studies for the mathematics exam on monday! You cannot just leave like this, please..."
