A comic dub that aims to give details about a series of experiments ran by an authoritarian organization. Set in a future where those who helped rebuild technology after a nuclear fallout held power, and those who didn't...
...they live outside the city walls, in The Slums.
[...] "The goal of P.R. is to separate the "soul" from the body. If we can prove this is possible, we can make a "digital afterlife."
[...] A digital afterlife would allow people to visit their deceased loved ones using virtual reality technology.
[...] It would also allow our upper class to live and maintain control over Clent, ensuring the well being of its residents.
[...] Unfortunately, this idea seems just outside the realm of possibility, so we are launching a trial to those in the slums. After all, they are expendable beyond belief.
[...] We have tried this experiment on 35 people so far, but I feel we are getting close. Once someone succeeds, we can simply disconnect them buy deleting their data on our web servers."
Voice Actor
The C.T.O. of the S.B.F.D., and the one who calls the shots when designing new machines or software. He's not very scientific, but with some help, he can make almost anything a scientist might need for a trial.
He's not directly involved with the trials, however the S.B.F.D.'s findings would be extremely limited without his technology.
"Just give me 5 minutes. There's something causing an integer overflow." [Tired, almost annoyed]
"This makes no sense...let's do it." [Confused, then optimistic]
"Get me some more rivets, I don't think we have enough." [Wing this, I'm not sure how to describe the tone]

Natalie was one of Michael's long time friends. Ever since they were kids, they both shared a fondness for computers and robotics.
When Michael went missing, she snuck into his secret workshop to see if what he was working on had anything to do with his disappearance. No luck. Just a bunch of stolen propaganda and media from Clent.
After Michael's trial, he meets up with Natalie because she might be the only one who can help him take down the SBFD and free the citizens of Clent.
She may be his better half, but how do you free people who don't even know they're trapped?

Lady Death was once feared by the people. Death was scary.
She's also one of the only characters with finished concept art.
Death was everywhere. You could come close to Death and change your entire perception on life.
With the S.B.F.D. making advancements in extending life expectancy, and even managing to achieve immortality, Lady Death has not been as much of a threat.
She is now a tired businesswoman, with her only clients being people in The Slums.
She's a complete mockery of death as a concept and misses the days people were terrified of her.
As a workaholic, she's been struggling to keep herself stimulated. Not enough people are dying to keep her busy.
All that remains of Lady Death's glory days are a slightly flirtatious personality. A perverted, de-saturated metaphor for how she could keep you on the edge of life and death without taking you outright.
Death has a bubbly personality, but she isn't overly eccentric.
A voice claim I have in mind for her is Graves from Deadlock.

Erin is one of the S.B.F.D.'s first experiments.
Her DNA was spliced with a common moss. It made her stay youthful, but made her grow large patches of moss over many parts of her body.
Her health is tied directly to the health of the moss, because of this, she must stay in cold, damp environments.
She is only heard in flashbacks, but was one of Dr. Reeds' favorite experiments.
