This is Project: OCULUS MASSACRE. A danganronpa inspired interactive death game audio drama with unique twists and turns to it. 15 students are trapped in this strange and uncanny building with one objective: make it out alive. But the catch is that the creature that trapped them there is also playing along. Play your cards wisely.

This series is an UNPAID PASSION PROJECT. You will not receive any payment from voicing any character.
The series will be uploaded to Youtube episodically and credits will be appropriately placed in the description.
There is ZERO. And I mean ZERO use of AI in this project. I value art and creating and I want mine and your works to be treated appropriately
There will be a discord server you will be invited to if you get casted to organize uploads better
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 TO AUDITION. If I find out you’re a minor you will be disqualified and if I find out you’re a minor after the deadline you will be recast. Do not make me do that.
You must be comfortable with screaming and yelling no matter who you audition for.

What To Expect/Extra
There is no guarantee that I will reply to every single audition I will receive but I will try my best depending on how many auditions for this passion project I receive.

I have decided that the chosen VAs for PJ:OM will be contacted tomorrow instead of February 3rd. I am barely halfway done with casting and I think I will be ready by then. Please check your discord DMs for someone named [bug.in.a.labcoat.]

Female / 19 years old / Bratty Medium-High voice / Open to accents / A very vulgar woman who always speaks her mind no matter who wants to hear what she has to say. She thinks with her heart and is a huge flirt who is sometimes rude.
Line 1: (Soft-toned. Flirty.) “Shhhh shshshshsh calm your tits, babe. All that stress is gonna wrinkle your beautiful face. Just keep making out with me it’s fine~.”
Line 2: (Annoyed and fed up with one of the players panicking about the situation.) “God you BITCH. Do you have to cry EVERY TWO MINUTES?! Fucking hell your father shoulda kept you inside his dick shut the FUCK UP!”
Line 3: (Bullying and mocking someone's idea on how to escape. Their idea is laughably bad.) *Laugh.* “WOW you’re a dumbass! What, do you think blowing up the building and killing us all is gonna SAVE EVERYONE?! Just leave the discussion on how to escape to the adults.”
Male / 19 years old / Cool Low voice / Open to accents / Tired yet headstrong voice / The brains of the group. Ryuji is a man of very few words but when he speaks up, he means business and is willing to get the job done.
A black voice actor would be preferred for this role.
Line 1: (Trying to calm everyone down so they can put their undivided attention on a stressed player.) “Don’t crowd them. Give them some space, they need some time to breathe and take everything in.”
Line 2: (Reflecting on his homelife. It hurts to think back and he hopes his family is okay but he doesn’t want to get emotional in front of this person.) “Yeah. I got two parents and a younger sister back at home. My parents are usually busy so I’m the one taking care of her. Funny kid that one is. I think if she were here with me she’d tell me that worrying makes me look stupid and that I should keep being the hero everyone deserves.” *Soft chuckle.*
Line 3: (Confused. Just confused.) “So we’re everywhere but also nowhere? How is that supposed to make any sense- surely this school is located in the middle of somewhere, this is impossible.
Female / 19 years old / Soft High voice / Open to accents / A very polite and well mannered young lady. Says words like “golly” unironically. She appears to be unsettling when people first see her due to the fact that she has two other puppets who speak for her sometimes.
LEMON: Must do a nasally high pitched catlike voice
LIME: Must do a Goofy the Dog like voice.
Line 1: (CHIYOKO. Calmly talking to one of the players with a bright smile on their face.) *Giggle* “No worries! I know you didn’t mean to do any of that. In a place like this I think it’s best if we just stay friends so nobody double crosses each other.
Line 2: (LEMON. Heated after somebody made an assumption about who they are.) “NYA?! Excuse me?! I’ll have you know that I’m not just a ‘stupid puppet’ you dolt! I am THE Lemon the Cat and you will address me as such, meow!”
Line 3: (LIME. Tired and worn out. All they want to do is take a nap.) “Do we have to worry about all of this right now, boss? I mean … golly we’ve already gone in circles can’t we just call our searching here? Woof…”
Male / 19 years old / Bold Medium-High voice / Open to accents / Must be okay with screeching. / An internet big shot with a high ego and a superiority complex. If anyone pisses him off he won’t be afraid to tell them off.
Line 1: (Urgent. Yelling.) “JUST SHUT UP! JUST SHUT UP! I’m trying to think for a moment, okay? Damn.”
Line 2: (Mocking and then exploding at someone. He’s fed up with this player and finally snapped.) “ "I- um- I-!" Cut the bullshit. All of this is YOUR fault and you KNOW it. Just because you claim you have kindness in your heart doesn’t make you good! It makes you WEAK! … … … Get up. You’re seriously pathetic.
Line 3: (Scream.)
Female / 19 years old / Peppy Medium-High voice / Open to accents / A nervous yet friendly woman who tries her best to be kind to others though if something is bothering her she’ll speak her mind.
Line 1: (Disgusted, scolding Anpo for being unable to read the room. The mood is dread.) “Anpo, knock it off! There’s a time and place for all of that just … not here, okay?”
Line 2: (Intrigued. Someone asked her about her interest and a switch was flipped and her brain.) “Oh! Well the large bow on the back of my head is actually supposed to be a monarch butterfly but in all honesty my favorite kind is actually a Blue Morpho butterfly because of how elegant their wings are! The sort of- like- gradient their wings have has always been aesthetically pleasing to me! … Oh .. sorry did I ramble too much?”
Line 3: (Terrified. On the verge of tears.) “I-I … I … are you sss.. serious?! I- … there’s no way all of us are g-... gonna die here right?!?”
Non-Binary / 19 years old / Soft Medium-Low voice / Open to accents / AFAB or AMAB voice welcome / A cautious young pilot who wants to try their best to survive but also wants to be there for other people who need comfort.
Line 1: (Concerned yet surprised that Ishibashi is sitting against a wall alone, albeit late at night.) “Ah, Ishibashi… It’s way past midnight.. is everything okay? Do you need anything?”
Line 2: (Surprised) “I … think that the food being this good and high quality is pretty concerning honestly. Where did all of this stuff even come from and how much did this even cost?”
Line 3: (Apologizing to someone they consider and ally) “No … it’s okay. I’m sorry for getting worked up back there I’m just … scared. I don’t know how long we’re even going to be here…”
Female / 19 years old / Cool Medium voice / Open to accents / An intelligent, introverted young woman. She prefers spending her time alone unless somebody talks to her.
Line 1: (Casual. Tired) “I … think I’d rather just stay in my room. I’ll investigate in my own time. I just don’t want someone attacking me while I’m alone.”
Line 2: (Annoyed. The group has been arguing for a while and she just gets fed up.) “If all you guys are just gonna keep bickering and refuse to get anything done or actually investigate then I’m gonna head out. This is ridiculous.”
Line 3: (Humble. Embarrassed that somebody knows her.) “Ahah.. There's no need to treat me like this big celebrity. My books aren’t that big of a deal just … treat me like a normal girl please..”
Male / 19 years old / Bold Medium-Low voice / Open to accents / An optimistic young man who always wants to make people smile. He’s the one who’s always telling people to stay positive in a situation like this.
Line 1: (Comforting someone who is panicking.) “Hey! Heyheyheyhey don’t fret! I .. know things seem awful now but… don’t give into despair just yet! Someone’s bound to find us soon. Surely…”
Line 2: (Laughing and having a good time.) “Hahahaha! I dunno why but I was always under the impression you’d be kind of big and scary but … you’re alright, bud!”
Line 3: (Flattered after receiving a compliment.) “Ah! Um, you really think so? … Thanks I.. I’ve had this monocle for a while and it’s sort of a comfort item, you know?”
Female / 19 years old / Soft Medium-High voice / Open to accents / A quiet and sensitive tall young lady whose heart is too big for her body. She’s prone to panic attacks if something is too overwhelming or scary for her.
Line 1: (Softly weeping.) “I- I’m sorry I … *hic* I don’t … m-mean to be this way I … .. I dunno. … I’m scared a-and I wanna g-go home..”
Line 2: (Timidly raising concern) “W-.. Wait! … … … … S-sorry I just … um. Are we really sure going about this this way i-is … um … really such a good i-idea?”
Line 3: (Thankful that someone is showing them kindness. This is a rare occurance.) “I-... … *small laugh* you-... you really didn’t have to do all of that … you’re way too kind for this place. … Thank you s-so much..”
Male / 19 years old / Peppy Medium-High voice / Open to accents / An excitable, energetic young man who’s always curious about his surroundings and wanting to connect with others.
Line 1: (Curious about Nox’s appearance due to his talent being a paranormal investigator of course) “So there’s these eyes scattered all across your body… and you have even more all seeing eyes watching our every move? … I know you’re supposed to be threatening but I kind of wanna pull you in for an interview later so I can ask what you are!”
Line 2: (Scared out his mind) “K-K- Kill each other?! Are you insane?! There’s no way we’re gonna do that! … We’re … we’re all gonna be friends! … Right?! Ahahahah…
Line 3: (Fawning over one of the players.) “Y-.. you’re really pretty- UM- I MEAN … this place issss uhhhh… r-really SHITTY! HAHAHAHAHAHA! YEP! THAT’S …! That’s what I. Meant.”
Female / 19 years old / Peppy Medium-High voice / Open to accents / A cheerful and friendly- yet sometimes shy- woman who will do whatever it takes to survive. She always loves to make sure everything is in order and there’s no disharmony amongst the group.

Line 1: (Actually appalled by an idea somebody said) “Are you insane?! How the hell is that gonna work?! That door is sealed shut! We’d have to get someone with beefy arms to break down that thing.”
Line 2: (Casual conversation amongst friends. Yay!) “HAHAHAHAHAHA! Shut up there’s no way you actually did all that! You’re a lot braver than I am, that shit’s impressive.”
Line 3: (Trying to calm everyone down.) “Everyone, just cool it! I know … I know this is a lot to take in but … we need to actually investigate so we don’t all go dropping like flies!”
Male / 19 years old / Relaxed High voice / Open to accents / A calm painter who doesn’t really care about his appearance since he literally walks around without shoes. He sticks close to sane people in order to stay alive.
Line 1: (A regretful tone.) “Well damn, had I known people would be killing me I'd probably would’ve put shoes on. Hey if- if anyone wants to kill me just don’t do that while I’m barefoot! That’ll be a bit rude!”
Line 2: (Overwhelmed by everything.) “It’s .. too loud. Everyone is so rude, I … what the hell am I gonna do?!”
Line 3: (Niijima Pao being Niijima Pao and getting in his own brain. He says this with full confidence.) “You know … Leonardo da Vinci could probably be my ancestor if you think about it………”
Female / 19 years old / Tired Medium voice / Open to accents / An introverted and aloof young woman who hardly speaks up unless she has to. Most of the time she’s quiet and minding her own business.
Line 1: (Speaking up for the first time in a long time) “How… how is any of this … um.. legal exactly?”
Line 2: (Trying her hardest not to fall asleep) “I just … wanna sleep all day… if I’m just a husk in m-my room … nobody will wanna kill me, right?”
Line 3: (Impressed by the coffee maker) *Yawn* “I mean … just get rid of this bad boy right here a-and you’ll give me a motive to kill.. heheheh.. … That-that was probably too soon… sorry.”
Male / 19 years old / Relaxed Medium-Low voice / Open to accents / A very chill guy who just goes with the flow. Even in a place like this he’s honestly pretty chill which is a bit concerning? But it’s okay because he’s a chill guy.
Line 1: (He slowly realizes that he was lied to) “Wait- waitwaitwait you said that we were able to go home after all of that, was that all a lie?”
Line 2: (Relaxing with his guitar) “Huh? Oh yeah you can watch me play, I don’t mind.. Do you listen to any of my stuff on Soundcloud?”
Line 3: (Being vulnerable.) “It’s strange, isn’t it? I dunno if this is really okay to say, but, I feel like you’re the only one here in this hellhole who really gets me.”
Female / 19 years old / Soothing Medium-Low voice / Open to accents / A headstrong young woman who is the other half of the brains alongside Ryuji. As scared as she is, she tries her best to aid everyone.
Line 1: (Grateful for Bubuki’s hardwork.) “God, thank you Bubuki. Really. … Sometimes it feels like I’m talking to a flock of headless chickens.”
Line 2: (Trying to patch up someone’s wounds.) “I know… I know it hurts- just … try not to move around too much. You’re going to make the wound worse if you keep writhing like that, just take some deep breaths for me, okay?”
Line 3: (Attempting to be the voice of reason.) “We need to work as one group. If we all going off on our own plotting each other’s demise then it’s only gonna end up downhill and more people will die for no reason.”
Male / Appears 20-ish? / Any voice range works. He can be anything. / Open to accents / Player 16, the one talking in the interviews, and the main antagonist of P:OM. Nox is a chaotic force whose personality fluctuates depending on the scenario displayed in front of him.
A black voice actor would be preferred for this role.
Line 1: (Playfully introducing himself to the other players) “Welcome everyone! Welcome to the Oculus!” *cackle*
Line 2: (Finally dropping the bomb on the situation.) “Oh don’t fret, you’ll be able to leave eventually! All you have to do is kill one of these players and you’ll go home safe and sound. Is that okay?”
Line 3: (Serious. Dropping all playful banter.) “I plan to have my rules respected and rulebreakers will not be tolerated.”
