Edgar is right, Charlie. You can’t be drafted. You’re too valuable to the war effort here on the home front. You’ve sold thousands of war bonds, for one thing. And besides that, I’d miss you too much.
Times have changed since the Fairy Godmother went around granting wishes so some of her duties have fallen on me. So what shall we wish for?
