Pressure (Visions of the Blacksite) Roblox
Project Overview
Hi there! This is post number 3 for this project here. We now have an official name, woo!
I'm working on a fan based project for Roblox Pressure, and in need of motivated people who can help bring it to life. The project itself is going to be a series of five (Perhaps 6) stories written by myself with the help of a friend that we wish to dub over and put on youtube eventually. There will be narration, voice acting, accompanying art and music for this.
Please keep in mind there will be some distressing or disturbing themes involved that may not be suitable for a younger audience, but nothing is going to be explicit 18+.
Unfortunately these roles are not paid, but you will all be credited however you wish.
Currently, we are looking for a few character roles for VAs to fill. We are also looking for any artists and perhaps another musician to work alongside our current staff to shorten production times and help get this project on a roll.
PLEASE NOTE: We are looking for MANY artists for this project, as that is our top priority currently.

I have also added a VA role for "Urbanshade Employee." There will be a series of side characters and Urbanshade employees we will need as VA's for this project, with no specific voices/accents needed. Keep in mind the story is still in production, and other larger roles may pop up later on in production.

Perhaps one or two spots would be open for this depending on what auditions we get. We are looking for music that would be inspired by NoLongerNull, as well as ambience and semi cinematic pieces.

Aside from the main cast of 4 Expendables we have in the story, there is a B plot of Expendables who will have their own episode. Expendable 1 through 3 have been filled, and now there is a position for the 4th available. The cast of the B plot Expendables are a dysfunctional team. No specific voice/accent needed, and if you have a character of your own? We'd be open to hear you out and discuss. Feel free to say something you feel would fit for your lines, and be as creative as you wish within the world of Pressure.

Vance is an ex marine who joined up for Urbanshade when recommended the position by one Agent Davidson. A man with a good heart, born and raised in Texas. He understands that he does bad things with the company, though is one of the few agents with actual morals. A flirt that never goes through with anything due to commitment issues and a taxing job. He is an extroverted person that hides a lot of physical and mental scars behind his words. He works for Urbanshade to care for a sickly family member back home. An American adult male voice will be needed.
"Heh, you catch on quick. No, I'm not an expendable. I'm an operative, yeah. And the truth is... I need that crystal for something personal. It's not about Urbanshade or their damn missions. It's about... something else."
"Trust me sweetheart, I have a damn good eye for beauty. And you? You're quite the looker."
"This here? Oh, It's an anomaly scanner. There aren't many of these left, so if we break it, pretty sure Urbanshade won't pay us for the next ten years."
Erik is one of the Urbanshade agents that joined around the time that Davidson did. The two knew each other before they worked for the company, and have been longtime buddies. Erik and Vance both worked in the same division under Davidson. Erik looked up to Davidson for all the wrong reasons, trying his best to be like him. Charismatic, likable, and someone who takes what they want through any means. Though over time, Erik became envious of Davidson's position, wanting a chance to be a leader instead of a follower. For Erik we need an American adult male voice.
"You know what? I'm glad he's dead. I was tired of listening to that son of a bitch and his orders anyway."
"Seriously?! You're going down there?! To the Blacksite?! Are you out of your mind?!"
"Commander Erwin, you... wanted to see me?"
[Redacted] is a person who is never named in the series, but holds importance in the backstory of an expendable named Wick. He is someone who needs to sound young, easily emotional, and yet someone you just can't take seriously.
(Panic) "Wick?! No, no, no! Why are you here?!"
"Get out of my house! Stay away from me! Stay away from my family!"
"I'm sick of dealing with this. I'm sick of dealing with you. Tomorrow... Oh, tomorrow. Everything is going to change. And you better be prepared. I am the GOD of this new world."
Researcher #1 has been filled, leaving a second position open. Researcher #2 is a researcher who dealt with the gadgets and gimmicks. They are a friend of one Guardsman Vynstovski, and dealt with the gravelight and other gadgets the Blacksite has. They were also an acquaintance of Painter and seen in a positive light by the AI. Vynstovski tried to warn them about the lockdown ahead of time, however when it was found out that Vyn himself leaked documents, they were executed feeling betrayed and dying not knowing the truth. No specific voice description as of yet.
(Excited) "Hey Vyn, check out these new concepts for the Gravelight. I'm currently working on extending the usage time."
"We are NOT giving every agent a sea bunny. Right...? Right?"
(Betrayed, hurt, about to lose their life.) "You... How could you?! How could you do this to me? I thought we were friends... But it turns out you were just another bastard like the rest! I hope you rot in Hell, Vynstovski!"
A guard who was the only other survivor of the Banlands expedition of 2017. They grew close with Guardsman Jack and Vynstovski both, alongside their superior officer Bale "The Warden". They end up being the guard who oversees the Guardian Angel of the Banlands, though when the lockdown takes place they lose all hope and pray for forgiveness of their actions, committing suicide in front of Jack by jumping off the structure overlooking the angel. They are a troubled man with a dark past, who ironically signed up for Urbanshade as a means to escape their previous life. A man that found God and had seen too much.
(Traumatized, disbelief) "This is Hell... We're actually in Hell. All my life I spent trying to avoid this place and now... Somehow, I'm still here."
(Reassuring) "Come on Jack, have a little faith in him, won't you? Aren't you guys friends? I'm sure you can both talk through this."
(Distraught) I... I got her killed. Angel... If I come forward to you, could I atone for my sins? No... I see that hell is only what's waiting for me! I just want to be pure! Cleanse me of my sins, please! PLEASE ANGEL PLEASEEEEE!
One of the guards who become close with Jack during work. They are a part of the friend group, yet Vyn dislikes them heavily. They were one of the victims in Vyn's document leaks, leading them to be arrested after escaping to the surface in the lockdown. Eventually, they were offered a pardon if they set up the dock for the expendables. This role will have a chapter full of narration and go into The Hunted expedition. A little bit cocky and arrogant, but with the means to back themselves up.
"Oh that guy? Pfft, it was nothing. I knocked him out with a single punch. That's what he gets for running his mouth."
"Come on Warden, do I really gotta stick around this dump any longer than needed? Screw those guys! They're already gone."
"Just gotta keep pushing forward. Damn that bastard, setting me up like this. I gotta get out of here... I'm not gonna die in this shithole. I have people waiting for me on the surface."
This role is here to audition for if you'd like to be a random Urbanshade agent. One of the many background characters throughout the series. Feel free to say whatever you'd like or use the lines provided! No specific voice needed.
"Copy that. Sending the expendable team over now."
"So who do you think's actually gonna survive the firewall this time? I put my savings on the big guy."
"Captain! Help us! For the love of god send someone to contain this monster!"
