2 new roles!
We've added two new roles to audition for!
Splash and Frostbite.
“Power Paws!” follows the story of Comet, a powerless but determined hero, and his team, the Power Paws, as they protect Meteor Meadows from the over-the-top villainy of villains like Dr. Quackintosh and Frostbite.
In a world bursting with superpowers, Comet proves you don’t need any powers to save the day, just good character and a strong brain.

Comet might not have any superpowers, but that’s never stopped him from being a superhero. Armed with nothing but his quick thinking and trusty utility collar packed with gadgets, Comet proves every mission that smarts matter more than powers, and that you always need a plan.
He’s the glue that holds the Power Paws together, the first to jump into action and the last to give up, even when the odds (and villains) are stacked against him. Comet’s energy can sometimes get him in over his head, but he always finds a way to make things right. To his team, Comet’s more than just the powerless one, he’s their reminder that being a hero isn’t about having superpowers, it’s about believing you can make a difference in your community.
We already know Dr. Quackintosh is guilty! I always knew he was...fishy.
I GET TO HOLD YOUR SHIELD?
Okay, new plan! No more berries. No more eating. No more..anything.
Slinky’s stretchy powers make her the ultimate multitasker; she can tie a villain in knots, grab a snack across the room, and fist-bump five friends at once. She loves cracking jokes mid-battle and teasing Comet about his “no-powers” status (but secretly admires his fearlessness).
Soooo..what’s wrong with him?
Yep, Frostbite’s definitely been here.
You said that last night. And the night before. And the time you stole mine.
Splash is the team’s vibey water dog. Splash can conjure protective water shields and tidal waves with ease. He’s the team’s strategist. When chaos hits, Splash is the one who keeps everyone focused and reminds Comet that having a clear head is always a necessity, and everyone needs time to “chill out” and think.
Comet, rushing in is great...if you also like running into problems.
Chunk, I love the enthusiasm…but maybe let’s not punch the ocean this time.
We don’t need to be the loudest team, we just need to be the smartest.
Frostbite is a cool, composed, and calculated villain who thrives on control. He sees emotions as weaknesses and prefers a world that’s quiet, still, and perfectly frozen. His powers allow him to drain heat and freeze anything, often speaking in calm, almost poetic language while causing total chaos. He doesn’t yell, because he doesn’t need to. He’s the kind of villain who will politely explain his plan...while freezing the city solid.
Warmth is overrated. It’s loud…messy…unpredictable. I prefer things…still.
In the end…everything slows…stops…and freezes.
Oh, Power Paws. I'm glad you came to watch the show.
A gruff but kind-hearted police dog who’s been on the force for years. He doesn’t get all the “superhero stuff,” but he respects Comet’s bravery.
Power Paws, the mayor sent me to fetch you all. You’re needed for an emergency.
Pffft, we could do that easily! We don’t need any superpowers or gadgets to do our jobs. We were here before you, y’know.
Comet’s #1 fan, a young puppy who looks up to him like a hero. Wears a homemade Comet costume and keeps a scrapbook of the Power Paws’ missions.
Comet, that was sooooo cool! Do it again! Do it again!
Woah, so this is the HQ! Where do you hide all your top secret gadgets?
Oooooh, buttons! I love buttons!
You would be drawing the characters in the series! All of the characters are dogs! So you should be able to draw in a semi-simple style (as we will be doing rigged animation), and be able to draw animals.
