Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers Of Sky
Project Overview
Hello again, Ladies and Gentlemen!
I am back again needing voices again for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon
Explorers Of Sky Fandub. This project is one half Let's Play and another
half Fandub to immerse the audience as if they are watching a cutsceneI
already am in the process of finishing up a similar project in Pokemon
Super Mystery Dungeon and have over 40 episodes up right here to get an
idea of the standard of voice quality I'm striving for (and just to
prove this isn't a dead in the water overly ambitious project.)

WANNA' GET IN THE PROJECT EARLY?!
Send me your voice demos, or links of you preforming showing your range.
There are a lot of minor characters in this game that need a voice, but
not worth holding auditions for. So it would be VERY helpful to have
you in my pocket to call on. Below in this casting call are reoccurring
characters who have major supporting roles.
I'm mostly going to copy and paste guide lines from the the last casting
call with a few additional points. I hope this turnout to be even
better than the last one seeing as how I actually have something to show
this time.
1. Please do your best to submit your auditions with a nice crisp clear
sample. Meaning no sounds of fans or traffic in the background. It's
really distracting when there is a bad mic in the group. So I do ask you
have prior experience recording your voice. Project your voice and
emote accordingly and you should be fine.
2. Three takes of each line should be good. I want to get a good gauge on your range.
3. I'm going to be casting understudies, too. (so don't feel bad if
you're not chosen). I am normally very punctual with my uploading
schedule. So I'm first and foremost looking for people who can get the
job done and reliably deliver lines. This is a very dialogue heavy game.
So if you have a very spastic and unpredictable lifestyle, I wouldn't
audition. Just keep in mind if you get a role, you took that character
from plenty of other people who may have wanted it as much as- or more
than you. Try to make due dates.
4. With the size of the character volume in this game. I'm probably
going to multicast people and understudies for these smaller roles. (So
again, don't feel bad if you end up an understudy.) But as stated above,
if you want a smaller role, email or skype me a sample of your voice
range and if you're good enough, I can suit you up with a smaller role.
5: Don't use my descriptions of the characters as the law and the land. I
open up room for creativity and actually encourage if you think the
character may sound different from the profile. I have chosen people in
the past that did something completely different interpretation than I
had instructed in the character descriptions. Feel free to get creative!
6. SMILES GO FOR MILES-! err...I mean...have fun! It really shows in your voice.
I look forward to hearing from you! My contact info is above so don't hesitate to ask any questions regarding the project.

Skuntank is the big boss of the antaganistic Team Skull. Therefore, he typically proves more clever than his teammates, and comes up with all of the team's plans. While the group stay at the Guild, the town and guild Pokémon constantly complain of his terrible stench, which even keeps some Explorer Teams away from town. He has a very distinctive laugh which is "Chaw-haw-haw!"
"Chaw-haw-haw… Wigglytuff wrecked us… And I’m not about to let it go! So humiliating! I need payback… one way or another.
But, to be brutally honest, we don’t stand a chance against Wigglytuff.
Grrrrr! I’m so furious! It’s burning me up!""(flustered) Shhh! Shut your yap!"
"Hey, no hard feelings, but… You’re going down!
Take this! A noxious-gas special! Straight from me and Koffing!"
[WARNING LARGE ROLE/LINE VOLUME]
The right-hand Pokemon of the Wigglytuff Guild. Chatot very old friends with Wigglytuff and is the second most powerful member of the guild next to Wigglytuff himself. Although he means well, he can be somewhat hotheaded. His personality is also somewhat erratic, but to a lesser extent than Wigglytuff. Though he always has the Guild's best intentions at heart, he's known to be rather harsh, such as sending the members to bed without taking supper for failing a mission without allowing them to explain themselves. He is somewhat paranoid, mostly about Wigglytuff getting mad. He is shown to care deeply for the Guild members, but will sometimes deny it, claiming his actions are for the Guild's best interests.
"[Horror] But the incident… with the Guildmaster and the Perfect Apples…
It was a slightly traumatic incident for me.""(angry) Quiet! I don’t want to hear any excuses!"
"(Nervous) As I’d explained… Um… They failed to get them, so, uh…
In other words, uh… the Perfect Apples…
The number of Perfect Apples harvested… would be, uh… zero..."
Wigglytuff is the leader of the Wigglytuff guild. Wigglytuff acts very easygoing and somewhat naive, occasionally shown sleeping during morning briefings and referring to everyone he meets as "friends", which leads those such as Team Skull to underestimate him. He is known, however, for his explosive temper. Despite his childish behavior, Wigglytuff is an accomplished explorer.
"All registered… YOOM…TAH!
Congratulations! From now on, you’re an official exploration team!
I present you with this in commemoration.""(confused) Dear friends! What’s wrong? You’ve been making such scary faces at me!"
"(realization) I get it! You’re trying to make me laugh with silly faces!
I bet I can make you laugh too! (makes an odd face) Blabba! Blabba! Blapp!Blobba! Blobba! Blopp!"
Loudred is a member of Wigglytuff's Guild and serves as one of the Gatekeepers for the guild. As with most Loudred, he has a very loud voice; to this point, he acts as the Guild's alarm clock, waking the members up every morning. Loudred is quick-tempered and rash, and is known for leaping headfirst into dungeons. This often ends up with him getting knocked out, which annoys his teammate Sunflora. In a stressed situation, he will resort to anger as a first resort. He often shouts particular words without a reason, even if the word doesn't need or warrant any emphasis. He seems to be completely oblivious to this fact.
"UP AND AT ‘EM! IT’S MORNING!"
"Good! Then, let’s get to WORK!
Buck up and do a GOOD job!""WHAT?! You haven’t heard of Dusknoir?!
The famous explorer?!"
Sunflora has been an apprentice at Wigglytuff's Guild for at least quite some time, apparently being already an apprentice a long time. Sunflora often acts very hyper and excitable, using terms like "Oh my gosh" frequently when speaking. Underneath her girly exterior, however, she is very kind and loyal to her guild members
"Eeek! I would never forget the promise we made to Uxie!"
"This is so unfair! I feel faint from hunger!"
"Ooh! When did you pick that up?
I was with you the whole time! I never noticed!"
Bidoof is seen as a kind, helpful Pokémon, that is loyal, and will believe his friends. His lacking experience at exploring and status as one of the most junior members of the guild is a recurring element in his character portrayal, and gets him into trouble multiple times. He often uses the interjection "by golly", and frequently punctuates his dialogue with the phrase "yup yup."
"[Emotional/overjoyed] I’m glad to have members
junior to me! I’m almost overcome right now… I might just blubber with
happiness!""You sure know a lot, yes sirree! And that’s good to know!
All right, then. Come find me when you’re all ready to go.
I’ll give you a helping hand with selecting the right outlaw for you.""[embarrassed] Golly, you’re embarrassing me! Aw, shucks.
I’ll be waiting at the guild’s upper underground floor for you."
Corphish is another trainee at the guild. Very stubborn and reciting his catchphrase "Hey, Hey!" at the beginning of most of his dialogue.
"(Smelling something nasty) Hey, hey! My eyes are burning!"
"Hey, hey! So is it really there or what?! This Fogbound Lake?!"
"I’ve got nothing here, either. Don’t let it get you down. But… There is something here that’s kind of interesting."
Koffing is merely Skuntank's sidekick. Not much can be said about him, other than the fact he is like their leader in personality, which means rotten to the core. Koffing has a distinct laugh which is, "Whoa-ho-ho!"
"We ought to try selling it. Who knows? It might get a good price. Whoa-ho-ho! All the more reason not to give it back!"
"Whoa-ho! Don't think you're so awesome. Your victory was a fluke!"
"(upset) C’mon, Chief…! I can’t take this… this whole weird scene is freaking me out…"
Zubat is merely Skuntank's sidekick. Not much can be said about him, other than the fact he is like their leader in personality, which means rotten to the core. Zubat has a distinct laugh which is, "Heh-heh-heh!"
"We wanted to mess with you! Can't face up to us, can you?!"
"[Whispering] (Chief, this is getting really weird…)"
"Heh-heh-heh! I’d settle for picking on wimps. Oh! Hey!
Instead of Wigglytuff, how about we take revenge on the wimps in that Team Crescendo?"
One of two bothers our heroes help out. There isn't much to say about them except them being two innocent children. Azurill is the younger sibling of the two and I would say he is 4-5 years old.
"W-we’re sorry to bother you. Thank you so much."
"Uh-oh. It’s a dead end. Excuse me, Mr. Drowzee. Where is my lost item?"
"Yup… Thank you very much! Thank you for rescuing me!"
One of two bothers our heroes help out. There isn't much to say about them except them being two innocent children. Marill is the older sibling of the two and I would say he is 8-9 years old.
"We’re done with our shopping… Now we gotta look for an item we’ve lost!
Let’s get going.""Then Mr. Drowzee came along… And he says he may have seen our lost item somewhere!"
"But I wound up all alone when Mr. Drowzee went somewhere with Azurill…"
Diglett is the sentry of the guild. He examines footprints to determine what Pokemon is at the entrance when they step over a grate. He is easily flustered when he doesn't know which footprint belongs to a Pokemon
"[Announcing Loudly]Pokemon detected! Pokemon detected! Whose Footprint? Whose footprint?"
"B-but… It’s not a footprint that you normally see around here…"
"Yes, but… I don’t know what I don’t know."
