Pokémon: 7th Generation | An Audio Drama (Episode 1 Casting Part 2)
Project Overview
Welcome to the Alola region!
First of all, let's give you a basic description of this show.
Pokémon: 7th Generation is a fan made audio drama where you follow our main character, Kai Allen, as he embarks on a new adventure after moving from his home in Kalos to the Alola region. What will he find? What kind of Pokémon will he meet? Will he become the Alola region champion? Find out in 7th Generation!
You can find our tailer episode on youtube and spotify, as well as the social accounts if you follow this link here: https://linktr.ee/7thgenerationaudiodrama
Now, on to the topic at hand, a 2nd part casting call for Episode 1!
Before you audition, please note that this casting call is for characters that are being ADDED into the show, not the main cast, as we already have the main cast.
I also may add in extra roles, that part I know is a maybe/unconfirmed, so keep an eye out for my updates!
And please note that people will be auditioning outside of this project in case they don't have an account for this website, so i'll be posting updates about that too.
You MUST have discord for your main source of contact, that is where all of the cast and information reside
Please support us by auditioning for as many roles as you can that are listed here, i will be making regular update posts here to update the progress on the show and casting decisions.
If you have any questions, comment on this project, or add me on discord to flick me a DM: itsnovafr
That's all from me! Good luck everyone!

Voice Actor
Old man Hala! The Kahuna of MeleMele Island, and a fighting type specialist!
I plan to have him somewhere between the mid to late section of the episode, but he will be in there, he may even appear earlier than I expect, but do try your best!
He's pretty much your average wise old martial artist i suppose, so try go ahead with that. If you need a reference, check out his voice from the anime :)
Heya kid, I think I've found you worthy enough of one of these three starters!
Wow! It seems I've underestimated you young man! Let me award you this crystal!
What? Did you seriously meet Tapu Koko?
Voice Actor
Okay, so in this show, all of the Pokémon (except the ones that just make non man made noises) will be voice acted!
In the trailer episode of the show, we have Professor Kukui's partner, Rockruff, completely voiced by one of our incredible cast members, so I wish to do the same!
Now, for this audition, feel free to do whatever Pokémon you like, but I will supply the partner Pokémon that will be featured if it makes it easier. If possible, try to copy the cries they make in the anime, if not, improvise!
1. Honedge -> Doublade -> Aegislash
2. Stufful -> Bewear
3. Gothita -> Gothorita -> Gothitelle
4. Noibat -> Noivern
That's all the confirmed partners for now, but feel free to improvise!
[Note: even if you see someone get casted for this role, audition anyway if it's still open, cause we'll need lots of talent for this!]
Improvise!

Voice Actor
There's a reason this role is listed seperetly than the "Pokémon Voice Actors" role, and that because I wanted to hear auditions for him specifically, so try your best!
Tapu Koko is the guardian pokémon of Melemele island. He's an Electric/Fairy type and he basically looks over the island as it's guardian (it's in the name).
Oh, he also pretty much makes energetic caw-caw sounds, but its better when you hear it.
Ko-Ko-Kooooo!!
(Energetic bird noises or something idk lol)
Improvise!
Voice Actor
Ilima (pronouned ILL-EE-MAH) is the Captain of the very first trial in Alola & Melemele, and is a Normal type specialist!
Ilima is basically the dude that will teach you the basics of how trails work, because Alola is different in the sense of how there is no gyms and instead trials & grand trials. I really don't know what else to say about him, he appears at the start and pops up randomly every now and then XD
Ilima is a bit of a wild card, so improvise with his voice! Though you can use the anime as a reference if need be.
Greetings! Captain Ilima here. I look forward to seeing the brilliance of your moves!
Very well then, off on your island challenge you go! May the future bring you happiness!
Let's have a Pokémon battle when next we meet!
Voice Actor
Gladion! Lillie's brother, and son of Lusamine, who attempted to only live in a world of only ultra beasts.
Gladion is an interesting character. He's annoyed all the time. He joined Team Skull cause he had nowhere else to go after taking his partner, Type: Null (eventually evolving into Silvally), and running from home. I have plans for his story in my show, but its a secret until he shines!
If it helps, you could use Shadow the Hedgehog as a reference, but dont make it exactly that if you know what i mean
- male young adult
- male teen
I'm Gladion. I battle for my partner, Null, to make it strong. Though most of our time gets used up doing small jobs for Team Skull.
Hmph... So you're not quite as dumb as you are naive.
You know why being a Trainer is so great? Because when you're battling, it doesn't matter if you're a kid or an adult. Everyone's equal in Pokémon battle!
