Pigtails: A Miraculous Audiofic

Pigtails: A Miraculous Audiofic

Project Overview

HELLO!

I am Miraitan. I'm going to be working on Audiofic stories from the Miraculous Ladybug fandom.

+SUMMARY+

Marinette is running late and doesn't have time to put her hair into her signature pigtails. Apparently, this attracts more attention than she would like and finds herself on the other end of unwanted advances. Adrien finds himself unreasonably irritated at the extra attention she's getting and can't figure out the reason why. Maybe cat instincts have rubbed off on him more than expected.

Right now I'm looking for other characters besides Marinette and Adrien; Some long term, dedicated people to help me out with this fun little project :)

best of luck to those who audition!!! <3

Unpaid
Role assigned to: Kuma-chan

Alya Césaire is a student in Miss Bustier's class at Collège Françoise Dupont and Marinette Dupain-Cheng's best friend. She is also the only admin of the Ladyblog and head of the school blog.

  • “That was a close call though.”  (laughing)

  • “Hate to break it to you girl, but pigtails aren’t exactly the most adult hairstyle.”  (sarcasm)

  • “A ponytail would suffice, don’t you think?...Right boys??”

Adam

Adam is the oh so flirtatious classmate that has his eyes all over Marinette. Adam is the guy whom makes Adrian posessive/jealous in this story, so be confident, cocky, and flirty sounding with this character. His voice should be deep-ish, as they are in their teens now, and not in their pre-teens.

  • “You’re looking very coquettish today. I like it.” (sly/flirty tone)

  • “There you are! I was missing that pretty face of yours.”  (excited/flirty tone)

  • “Aw, don’t be so shy.. Why don’t you and me go somewhere after school today? I promise I’ll be extra gentle with you.” flirty/ husky/flirty whisper at the end

Nicolas is worse than Adam, Adam doesn't touch Marinette but Nicolas does. Nicolas Is the same way (attitude wise) as Adam but is more desperate. His voice should be deep-ish as well, as they are in their teens now, and not in their pre-teens.

  • “Come on. It’ll be fun!” (excited, sly, yet convincing tone)

  • “What’s it to you Agreste (uh-grest)? Last time I checked, you’re just her friend, which means she’s up for grabs.”  (cocky tone)

The narrator has the most lines in this story, if you're a great reader and story teller, this part is for you :)

  • In their early teenage years, the students were just beginning to become aware of their attraction to others. But now in their mid-teens, most of the students actively sought out the attention of the whomever they were attracted to. Marinette found herself slightly out of touch with it all as she was still hopelessly pining over Adrien and was still unable to make a move. She cursed her own tendency to overthink things and couldn’t find it in herself to relax enough to casually ask him to hang out. So when someone else showed interest in her, she nearly had a heart attack.

  • Marinette was startled to find a boy draped over her desk, chin in palm, smiling at her. His messy chestnut hair fell over his blue eyes that were glinting almost mischievously. Alya stared at him warily, getting a feeling that he was up to no good.

  • Ladybug was used to the attention from the opposite sex. After all, her skin-tight suit didn’t leave much to the imagination. So there was always that one guy, or two, or many—whistling and hooting at her as she swung around the city. Chat Noir was less than pleased whenever it happened, claiming that catcalling (of course, pun-intended) Ladybug was his sole right. She honestly couldn’t bother with it since it was so simple to zip away when things got annoying or uncomfortable. Marinette, however, was not.
