(UPDATED) Phantasm - NEEDING VOICE ACTING, SCRIPTERS, WORLD BUILDERS
Project Overview
Phantasm is an ambitious series poised to find its audience, whether through independent release on YouTube or, with any luck, by being picked up by a streaming service.
it will be in the spirit of a Dungeons & Dragons-inspired fantasy medieval world, it will feature divine beings, intrepid adventurers, fearsome monsters, and much more, creating a vivid and immersive experience. The visual presentation is set to be 2D animated backgrounds with 3D animated assets for the characters/Assets.
We would love to expand our ideas and we aspire to broaden our creative horizons and establish our own production label, that will involve with more captivating stories within this universe—a universe you could play a vital role in bringing to life.

CONTRACT BELOW FOR AGREEMENT BEFORE AUDITIONING
1. Scope of Work
The Voice Actor/Scripter/Artist agrees to provide voiceover recordings as assigned by the Company for various projects. The specific details of each project, including script, delivery format, and deadlines, will be provided by the Company.
2. Schedule and Deadlines
The Company acknowledges that the Voice Actor/Scripter/Artist has their own schedule and will coordinate work assignments accordingly. However, the Voice Actor/Scripter/Artist agrees to communicate their availability and meet the agreed-upon deadlines to ensure timely delivery. this availability will be mandatory to let the company know every week when you’ll be available that week.
3. Compensation
The Voice Actor/Scripter/Artist understands that payment for work completed under this Agreement will be deferred until the Company is financially able to compensate them. The Company will notify the Voice Actor/Scripter/Artist as soon as payment becomes feasible. Until payment is issued, this work is considered voluntary, and no claims for immediate compensation may be made against the Company.
4. Portfolio and Credit
The Voice Actor/Scripter/Artist is permitted to use their work with the Company in their portfolio and promotional materials. The Company agrees to credit the Voice Actor appropriately in any
5. Rights and Ownership
Upon submission, the Company retains the right to use the Voice Actor/Scripter/Artist Recordings/Assets/Writing in its projects, including but not limited to commercial and non-commercial releases. The Voice Actor/Scripter/Artist retains the right to list their work with the Company in their portfolio but may not use the Recordings/Assets/Writing for other commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company.
6. Communication and Revisions
The Voice Actor/Scripter/Artist agrees to maintain regular communication with the Company regarding project progress and availability. The Company may request reasonable revisions to ensure quality and alignment with project needs. This availability will be mandatory to let the company know every week when you’ll be available that week.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. However, if the Voice Actor/Scripter/Artist terminates their participation in a project after agreeing to a deadline, they must provide reasonable notice and attempt to complete any outstanding work unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
8. Confidentiality
The Voice Actor/Scripter/Artist agrees not to disclose any unreleased project details, scripts, or other proprietary information without the Company’s written permission.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ohio United States Of America.
