Introduction
Petrichor is an original series currently in production, and in need of vocal, artistic, and musical talents. It takes place in an alien empire of winged humanoids known as Alichi, who are on the brink of war with a group of rouges known as the kingdom of four.
Story and context
The Alichian empire is an expansive interstellar civilization spanning to nearly every corner of this universe. Their people are by far the most ancient, scholarly, and advanced in all of creation.
The series fallows the stories of our main protagonist President Carinae, voiced by Cara Mott (Nyan)
There is an extensive backstory to this series that is only known by it’s creators. If you’re interested in finding out more you’ll have to watch!
Petrichor is a long term project with passionate creators behind it, so expect it to last quite some time. Our team will become like family, sharing confidential information that will be kept only in a small group, and hopefully building a string relationship with each other. Our voice actors are very much appreciated in their dedication, and there’s no doubt that if you join us, you’ll find a group who really cares about you and is very thankful for your contribution.

The series is rated PG13 as it has considerably mature content.

Certain roles are indeed paid. Keep in mind that the creators do not gain any money from the project as of yet, so our budget is low and only taken from our own personal paychecks.

Enceladus is a confident young man who’s emotions operate in extremes, when he’s happy he’s ecstatic, when he’s angry he’s enraged. He lives a guarded life trapped in the palace but longs to be free to live his own life outside of the watchful eye of his mother.
Key character traits are: Adventurous, Protective, Sarcastic, Cocky, Trustworthy, Loyal

”It’s not who will let me, but who will stop me.” - A sly, mischievous tone, probably planning an elaborate prank or daring escape from the Palace.
”If you don’t want conflict then you shouldnt keep me on a leash!” - Exclaimed in an angry, defiant statement of protest towards his mother.
”Well, you know... I’m just being me. You can’t punish me for expressing myself!” - Said in a silly, sarcastic manner.
”Ha! That gets me every time- it’s like the guards are asking for a prank!” - In a wheezing chuckle.
Orion is a very cold and reserved man, he has a deep stern voice. Orion has been through much, but his tone would almost never show it. As captain of the military, he must be very collected, though when is angry, he erupts like a volcano.

“Are you kidding? What do you take me for, a madman? No one with any common sense in their heads would thow untrained civilians with zero concept of battle into the midst of a war.” A scoffing tone, though grows to be more formal and quiet.
”I understand. You always have a tendency to leave when you’re stressed.” Soft-spoken with a hint of indifference, though there is a bitter emphasis on the word ‘leave.’
”You’re right. You can’t ever make it up to me- and who’s fault is that? You have no one to blame but yourself.” Said in an snappy timbre, aggravation clear in his voice.
“Fine. Run away from these problems. But don’t expect me to come rescue you when you are forced to face them” - sorrowful but cross
Vice President Jocasta came in second place after running for president against Carinae. She believes that President Carinae won because of her blood relation to the empress, and is strictly against her politically.
Key character traits are: Encouraging, enthusiastic, attentive, bright, and focused. Excellent at maintaining order. Emotional and competitive.

“I’m not going to say she didn’t work for her position, and I’m not going to say I worked harder for mine. It’s just frustrating that she seems to get so much adoration just because of her birth.” - frustrated, passive aggressive
“Orion if anyone can convince her it’s you. If she can’t see that exterras are our greatest advantage, than she’s more blind and selfish than I once thought.”
“It is an honor and a privilege to have been elected by the people of this great empire. I promise my life in service to you, and with all the power I hold I will fight to prevent this war!” - commanding, official and respectful
Venus is the first born daughter of Carinae, serving the empire as the general of the military. She is very strict and demanding despite her small demeanor, and she is very powerful with only a few words. She is known for being secretive yet inquisitive, and
has a fierce protective side regarding her family.

“It seems a bit cowardly, though. Attacking Memorice’s decendants instead. Why don’t you go fight her yourself?” - cocky, spiteful
“Stand down Enceladus, in your state you’d be nothing but a hinderance. You never did learn to stand on your own two feet.” - Sarcastic, slightly regretful
“I’m not one for sentiment, but I can’t stand by while you talk about sending my family to die.”
