Project Overview
====|A single tool birthed the existence of "Returners," individuals who, after doing extraordinary things before their death, transmigrate into the present with their talents intact. Two factions of Returners exists—the "Sinners" and the "Forest of the Greats"—with opposing ideals, locked in a bitter conflict sparked by a single incident. Caught between these warring factions, one person must navigate the chaos to seek resolution, while a potential third force lurks, poised to exploit the situation and threaten the world itself.|====

This project is going to be long term. Do not audition for this, you aren't dedicated or committed to the work, allow me to keep in touch with you for anything I might need, especially in other roles if possible. If it's for personal circumstances, just give me a heads up on your departure, so I can get the recast up on time.
Make sure your audio is clear and concise with the bare minimum background noise/echo coming out of it. If your audio is considered muddy, but the voice is something to be considered as a contender, I will ask kindly for a retake with some cleanup.
Have a USB/XLR microphone. I'm asking kindly to never use a phone mic EVER.
For contacts, please give your Discord ID on your audition or privately send it in DMs, so I will be able to contact you for the role. (This is also useful for callbacks, in case someone I find fits a future role that they could be called into.)
If you're sensitive to the topics that are considered difficult to stomach, please do not audition for your own sake. Topics that are sensitive: Heavy amounts of gore, symbolic depiction of suicide, real-life infamous individuals, and war crimes.
Please make sure your audio structure is AAABBBCCC, and give varied takes on the characters. (Except for the background characters, you have to pick one of them and say the lines three times). It will give me a better feel for the voice.

Touya is the main character in the story, serving as the younger brother of Senji Seiya. Throughout his childhood, Touya’s life has been deeply intertwined with his older brother, consistently following him wherever he went. However, as a result of being overshadowed by Seiya's talent and the family around Seiya calling him "God's Child", Touya developed a deep-seated resentment towards him. This animosity intensified after Seiya's untimely death, leaving Touya grappling with a sense of inadequacy and failure as he attempted various tasks, only to be constantly compared unfavorably to his idealized brother.
As a high school student, Touya craves to find any talent that he has. Fate presents him with an unusual opportunity: a choice to explore his past life and uncover a talent associated with it through the use of a specific tool.
Personality
Touya has been honing his skills in anything that his older brother has exceeds at, but always comes short at everything he did to reach up to his brother. Causing him to have an inferiority complex about what is he even good at in life, until one day at school, a morbid curiousity made him see somebody that might give him a chance at what he's finding.
Touya is close to a perfectionist, being a hard worker at academics, and usually sees life in a cynical manner.

What is this? What is happening? Petals are dispersing from his body. It's not the time to just watch leisurely in my head, I know I have to run away from here as fast as possible but... my body won't move. I know this isn't fear. I'm being taken in by this unbelievable tragedy. Beyond doubt... by the killer's talent. (Internal Monologue)

Haito le Buffet is a returner, Touya Senji's foreign classmate. Famous in the school for her genius abilities in swordsmanship, Haito is the subject of several rumors, such as her being banned from kendo tournaments due to being too strong or that she stalks the streets at night attacking people. However just like Senji Seiya, she thinks herself did not have any talent before becoming returner.
Personality
At first, she seems to be a lazy person with high talent but actually she is a hard worker person without talent. After receiving her incarnation's talent, she still chases her dream and work hard to reopen her step-father's dojo. She is childish, but always care about her comrades.

Einstein can be classified as one of the founders of the Forest of the Greats.
Personality
Einstein is a strict and very suspicion person which almost has no trust to new member like Senji Touya. Despite being so rude, she truly is a kind person just like a certain someone says about her for being tsundere. She always release her anger about something by beating up Newton who always accompanies her.

Let’s go now! With my talent, we’ll be there in no time. Neumann, give us the go-ahead! (While dragging Newton, she's asking Neumann for permission to teleport)
The leader of the Forest of the Greats, a Returner organization that seeks to eliminate Sinner-type Returners and further global peace. She's one of the five founding members of the group and became its leader after the death of their first leader.
Personality
Neumann is usually emotionless and calculative on her actions and words. She is also blunt on her tone to others and is using predictability scoring when guiding the other returners. She is shown to be interested on how Touya can follow her orders well.
She dislikes being called Small or Cute.

The heroes and extraordinary geniuses of the times... they eventually die, as they're people, too. However, ironically, because they die, their soul transmigrates, and the talent of those great people is reborn in the present.

Albert Fish appears as a refined man with eyes closed most of the time and wears a black suit accompanied with a tattered apron befitting his cannibalistic nature as he also brought a knife with him
Fish himself is depicted as a monstrous excuse of a Reincarnator who amass a large bodycount during his lifetime and loves to enjoy brutalizing, murdering and cannibalizing people that went near him, having no hesitation to use them as a random fodder to be eaten to increase his own talent.
