Welcome to the Persona 5 Community Fandub Project! This is a non-commercial fan project dedicated to bringing some of the funniest, most iconic, and most emotional moments from Persona 5 to life with a talented community of voice actors, editors, and creators.
Rather than dubbing the entire game, this project focuses on individual scenes and short episodes, allowing us to showcase memorable character interactions, heartfelt moments, and hilarious banter while keeping production fun and manageable.
We're looking for passionate performers who can capture the personality, emotions, and chemistry of each character. You do not need to sound exactly like the official English cast—we encourage your own interpretation as long as the character feels authentic.

The silent leader of the Phantom Thieves. Joker is calm, intelligent, observant, and confident without being arrogant. Although he speaks less than the rest of the cast, every line carries weight. His humor is often dry and understated, and he naturally becomes the emotional center of the group. We're looking for a performance that captures his quiet confidence rather than an imitation of the official English voice.
Voice Type: Medium to medium-low. Calm, natural, and expressive without sounding monotone.

The mysterious talking cat who serves as the Phantom Thieves' guide through the Metaverse. He can be sarcastic, dramatic, and competitive—especially when Ryuji gets under his fur—but he's fiercely loyal to his friends and willing to risk everything for them.
We're looking for a voice that feels energetic, expressive, and emotionally versatile. This role requires strong comedic timing as well as the ability to deliver heartfelt, vulnerable moments. Don't worry about matching the official dub—focus on bringing Morgana's personality to life.

We're looking for an actor who can balance high-energy comedy with genuine emotional depth. Ryuji isn't just comic relief—he's fiercely loyal, brave, and deeply compassionate. Focus on capturing his passion and sincerity rather than mimicking the official English performance.

Ann deeply values her friends and isn't afraid to stand up against injustice, especially when it comes to protecting those who can't protect themselves.
While Ann has plenty of playful and humorous moments, she also carries some of the most emotionally powerful scenes in the story. We're looking for an actress who can naturally transition between lighthearted teasing, heartfelt vulnerability, and unwavering determination. Focus on portraying Ann's warmth and inner strength rather than imitating the official English performance.

We're looking for an actor who can deliver dialogue with confidence and conviction. Yusuke's comedy comes from treating absurd situations with complete seriousness, not from trying to be funny. His more dramatic scenes should highlight his compassion, integrity, and determination.

We're looking for an actress who can portray Makoto's quiet confidence, sharp intellect, and emotional growth throughout the story. She should sound mature beyond her years without losing the warmth that makes her such a beloved character. Focus on delivering a natural, authentic performance rather than imitating the official English voice.

A shut-in with an encyclopedic knowledge of games, anime, internet culture, and technology, Futaba is endlessly creative, sarcastic, and full of energy. While she often uses humor and memes to cope with difficult situations, she also has some of the most emotionally vulnerable moments in the story.
We're looking for an actress with excellent comedic timing who can switch effortlessly between chaotic excitement, awkward shyness, heartfelt emotion, and determined confidence. Futaba talks quickly when she's excited, references pop culture constantly, and isn't afraid to be weird.
Don't worry about sounding exactly like the official English voice—we're looking for someone who captures Futaba's personality and spirit.
