Persona 3 The Movie: Falling Down — English Fandub Project

Project Overview

We are currently casting for a full English fandub of Persona 3 The Movie: Falling Down. Since an official English dub was never released, this project aims to bring the film to a wider audience through a passionate, fan driven production.

This project is inspired by the work of KiramaruXVI, who created English fandubs for the first and second Persona 3 movies. This project will continue that effort by covering the third film, Falling Down. If this project goes well, we might continue on to dub the fourth movie as well.

This is a long-term project that will take time to complete, as we are aiming for strong performances, clear audio, accurate timing, and overall quality. We are looking for dedicated and reliable voice actors who are excited about the Persona series and willing to commit to the process from start to finish.

PROJECT IS RUN THROUGH A PRIVATE DISCORD SERVER — please include your Discord username when submitting your audition!

Please note:

  • This is a non-paid (volunteer) project

  • The final project will be uploaded to YouTube

  • Consistency and communication are very important

  • Lines may be assigned in batches over time rather than all at once

  • Patience is key, as editing and production will take time

  • A good quality microphone is required (minimal background noise and clear audio)

Important:
You do not need to be a perfect impression of the English voices. We are not looking for exact sound alikes just voices that fit the characters well and bring them to life in a natural and engaging way.

  • Casting Update & New Deadline

    Hey everyone! Quick update about the project.

    Since today was the original deadline, I wanted to let you all know that I’m going to be extending it a bit. There are still a few characters that haven’t been fully cast yet, so I want to take a little more time to make sure every role fits as best as possible. If you’ve already been casted nothing changes for you, you’re all good.

    I really appreciate everyone who auditioned and all the effort that went into it. I just want to make sure the final project turns out as strong as possible!
