This project I know is unlike my others, but it is for my girlfriend's series she's wanting to do. The show even though was for kids, this online series is much more dark and adult.

Dr. Francis Blowhole is an evil dolphin scientist and supervillain. He is the main antagonist of The Penguins of Madagascar.
Dr. Blowhole is an evil, devious, and vengeful villain. He is described as being "pure evil" by Private. He has "skin that's surprisingly pleasant to touch", and a surprisingly beautiful singing voice for "villainous scum." Dr. Blowhole is as smart as Kowalski, or at least close to his intelligence.

Parker pretends to work with his girlfriend Doris and the penguins to break free from captivity but in reality, is hoping to restore his employer's precious memories. After the penguins and Parker follow Doris to Seaville, they get to Francis' exhibit where it is revealed he is none other than Dr. Blowhole, who has forgotten who he really is and thinks he's Flippy because of his memories being wiped out and is now happily performing tricks for people. Parker than betrays the Penguins and Doris when he reveals he works for Dr. Blowhole and takes him back to the base where all the Lobsters are. As they try to restore his memories, Doris and The Penguins storm in and the aforementioned characters get in a fight. Soon enough Doris accidentally finds Blowhole's Mind Jacker and Parker uses it to restore his memories.
However, their plans are thwarted. Parker and Blowhole are last seen, drifting out to see.

Skipper is the leader of a band of four penguins bent on a secret agenda of escaping the confines of the zoo and being free in Antarctica. He is a major character of Madagascar, a major character in Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa, a supporting character in Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted, the deuteragonist of Penguins of Madagascar: The Movie, and the main protagonist of The Penguins of Madagascar TV series. He is the second shortest and chubbiest of the group (only Private is shorter and chubbier) and he has ice blue eyes. It is probable that Skipper and the rest of his squad are warm climate penguins, for they do not live in an air-conditioned habitat. This is supported in one episode, where the city was having one of the coldest days ever, and the penguins used heat lamps to warm up their habitat, and also in the movie where the penguins aren't bothered by the warmth of Africa and Madagascar, but intensely dislike Antarctica. He is the only penguin that remembers the penguin's credo Never swim alone (A Christmas Caper). His men remembered that when Skipper went alone. (Crown Fools) The only penguin who can get him to do anything is Private. (Night and Dazed and A Christmas Caper)

Kowalski is the brains of the team; their group strategist and inventor. He's loyal, even if he's not always completely honest about his inventions. He's also highly narcissistic - both confident and boastful about his brains and his looks - so much so that Kowalski will regularly try out his completely untested inventions on himself. Sometimes it ends well. And sometimes... it doesn't. He loves to demonstrate his encyclopedic knowledge of anything and everything and can be such a show-off that Skipper has created the 'Show-Off Jar', which Kowalski must put a quarter into every time he shows off his intellect unnecessarily.

Rico typically doesn't think things through. While he is not stupid, he's far more comfortable taking orders and being the muscle of the team. When he loses self-control, Skipper often shows concern that he might hurt himself more than others, and also seems aware that when used properly, Rico's unpredictable nature becomes his greatest strength.
Rico has a psychotic love for violence, pyromania, and destruction, looking on to such scenes - whether programs or real life - with a vacant expression of amusement. He enjoyed a nature documentary that had penguins being eaten by Orcas and Leopard seals and ate popcorn while the others had to vomit into paper bags. He also thinks about fish a lot.
Generally referred to by Skipper as a world-class psychopath, Rico has an appetite for destruction that has an unfortunate tendency to cause as much trouble as Kowalski's mad inventions. The Penguins say that he needs to be kept tightly reigned in, to only use explosives when strictly necessary, but to some extent, this could be a concern that others might manipulate him. This is shown effectively in Kaboom and Kabust when he completely leveled the Lemur Habitat - mostly because King Julien recklessly took advantage of Rico's fondness for destruction and ability to choke up explosives.

Private is the youngest member of the team, making him more gullible and trusting more easily. He was born in front of his older brothers, who adopted him and Private loves them a lot.

King Julien is the ultimate party animal and is continuously full of himself, such as calling January, "Julianuary" and instead of saying 11, he says "Me-leven" and calling a stand-up of himself a "me-coy" instead of a decoy. This spoiled king likes to order everyone around and he would be completely intolerable if not for his insistence that everyone has fun! King Julien's towering ego more than makes up for his pint-sized body. He's quick with an insult but even quicker with a smile, so it's hard for anyone to take this lemur too seriously. Julien very much speaks his mind; even it might be rude or mean he gives his honest opinion. He is the most eccentric and colorful character. He also fights with the penguins in some episodes. He is the penguin's most powerful foe and ally.

Mort is so cute and popular that he was put on the cover of the zoo brochure in The Penguin Stays In the Picture. His plush toys are a popular sale in the zoo, and he even has a t-shirt design. Visitors to the zoo comment on how adorable he is just as much as they do on Private.
In the zoo, Mort still has his negative personality. Not many animals in the zoo know who he is, but all of the main characters do. Like in Madagascar, Mort loves to touch feet, especially King Julien's. His love of King Julien's feet started when King Julien kicked the Fossa away, therefore saving Mort's life. This event happened in the first episode of All Hail King Julien, "King Me." Mort is known as an unlucky character who is often a victim of terrible events, at the end of most of his appearances.

Maurice is much smarter than both King Julien, Mort, and most of the other lemurs combined. He does not share the other two lemurs' bad cases of the "stupids". He is more grounded than any of the other lemurs or penguins. He is very loyal to King Julien and is like an older brother to Mort. This was shown in Right Hand Man when he helped the penguins stop Clemson from getting rid of Julien, and in Operation: Plush and Cover when he was incredibly happy when the penguins rescued Mort. He usually thinks King Julien is bizarre (which is true), but he also loves dancing and parties, assisting the King with his crazy and selfish plans, and is entirely loyal to him.

Randy's personality is not clearly defined. In his first appearance, he appears to have a case of OCD as seen when he cares very much about the cleanliness and appearance of his fleece, which led him to bite a child after the latter ripped a piece off of it. He also goes to great extremes to escape from the Petting Zoo even after receiving some painful experiments on the part of the penguins.
In his second appearance however, he seems willing to make sacrifices for the greater good, as he let himself get picked on by the Vesuvius Twins so the penguins can send Julien back to his habitat. His intelligence is questionable: he didn't realize that a toy farm was not a real farm, but he later was smart enough to propose a plan to get rid of Julien.

Barry is an adorable Poison Dart Frog - however his touch can cause total paralysis. He is a transfer from the Hoboken Zoo, and he uses his poisonous touch to terrify other animals, and boss them around into doing whatever he wants. All he has to do is lift one finger as a threat. He is not the "hugging type" but he became nicer after Private shows him affection through a contactless hug.
He appears in The Big Squeeze, but has no speaking role. Ironically if he had got out, he could have stopped Savio cold in his tracks.
He had a small part in Byte-Sized, where he got his tongue stuck on the cotton candy machine, and was saved by the penguins.
He had a very small cameo in Thumb Drive and again he has no speaking role.
Barry will appear again in the episode Best Foes, where he is seen to infect all the penguins after they accidentally attack him.
