Project Overview

(Creator's Note: This is a passion project that I have been working several years to get toward. I know that I can't compensate financially for this, even though I wish I could, and it can always change, but if you do take the time to not only audition, but be cast in this, it would mean the world to me. The story of Akira Yukimura is one of tragedy. A family legacy shrouded in mysteries, secrets, and lies. Her highs, lows, and everything in between. She has fought through the worst times, through the best times, and have seen her fight for a normal life. From the wrestling ring, to the mysterious realm known as The Black Moisture, and everything in between. Burnt bridges, severed friendships, lingering doubt, and more. But now, prepare for the final chapter in her epic story. What is the history behind the mysterious realm known as "The Black Moisture", and what are Akira's ties to it? What are "The Named" and how can any of them live a normal life? Will Akira finally find the peace she has been searching her entire life for? Or will she crumble into ashes as she risks her life to find her one true purpose?

  • GOOD NEWS EVERYONE!

    Hello. I know that it's been over a year since I've provided any kind of update on this project. And for that, I apologize. I apologize if I'm made any of you assume that this project was dead or that I had given up on it. That is not the case. Life has been full of ups and downs over the last year, and I have had a lot of things I needed to sort out in my personal life. But as I said, this project is not dead. And that is why I am here. Because I have some good news!

    Act 1 of "Never Fade Away" is close to completion! That's right! Act 1 is finally close to being finalized! As of now, the plan is to have everything done and set to release sometime by the end of the year. But again, I hope to give you more of a definitive date when it's closer to the finish line. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this project, and who still wants to be a part of it. It means the world to me.

  • Patience

    Hello everyone! As we enter the month of March, I just wanted to give a quick update on the project! Right now, the script is still being worked on, and will hopefully be done in the next few weeks. With that being said, we will continue to scout any and all auditions for this, and will be in touch soon if you are a good fit for any of the roles that are open.

    Also, there may be a few extra spots for some side characters that may appear in the story as well! Keep on the lookout in case that does happen. There may still be a spot for you in this project, even if it's not as a main character!

Yuki Marie is the teenaged daughter of Oseiko, highly skilled in the art of ninjutsu and professional wrestling. Despite her age, she is very humble and well disciplined, and brimming over with focused determination. A tremendous fan of all things tokusatsu (especially Kamen Rider), she emulates some of the best traits of those masked heroes, especially a fundamental of hope.

Akaichi was empress of the Black Moisture and she ruled with an iron fist. She's heartless. Feeling betrayed by the world and by, as it turns out, her former friend Akira Yukimura. The Black Moisture gave her a new life, and she used it to plan her revenge. Attacking her was the start. She is as dangerous as she is beautiful, her time in the darkness shaping her into the ruthless monster that she has embraced. Deep down, she feels like her motivations were all taken away, and now, the hatred in her soul has motivated her to seek out her revenge on the woman who she believed took everything away...without a choice.

  • Before I knew it, I had a family. Travis and I were on speaking terms. I could put my past behind me and I could move on. That’s love. That’s what it can do. And it was Oseiko’s love that sparked it all. So don’t come at me and tell me hatred’s stronger.

  • I got a second chance. I almost wasted it over petty bullshit. Thank God I didn’t. Thank Oseiko she showed me I didn’t need to.

Trinity is a lost, abandoned child from the days of the Bubonic Plague in the mid 1300's. Originally from somewhere in Europe, the girl who would be known as Trinity was taken by sinister forces once she was forgotten by her family, and in time, lost her identity to the Black Moisture, a reality where things go to be forgotten and she became a scorpion doll-like creature known as a Nameless. 


But then, she was rescued by a woman who also had encounters with the Black Moisture, Akira Yukimura, after showing signs of attachment with her. In time, the Nameless shed her grotesque appearance, regaining her humanity but not her identity. Akira named her "Trinity," and with that, the little lost girl was now found, regaining a new mother in Akira.

Trixie Decker started life in the struggling city of Flint, Michigan. Her parents worked hard in the auto plants and drank (and fought) harder in the bars around town. Her father boxed but never became a major name although he did manage to bring in, and drink away, some extra income. Trixie figured out at an early age her lot in life wouldn't be much different. She'd probably work on the assembly line and find herself trading punches to past the time. By the time she was a teenager, though, Flint's problems grew worse and it was obvious the automotive industry held nothing for her. So instead, at age 17, she chose her family's other specialty.


Trixie was a strong fighter despite her size. She won favor with independent feds and fans as someone who almost never turned down any match, no matter how hard or stupid an idea it was. She fought women and men easily twice her size in matches involving barbwire, weapons, handicaps and more. She racked up more than her fair share of losses but matches appropriate for her weight class were usually a cake walk for her. Her erratic behavior and humor earned her the nickname "Jinx," after one former partner loudly declared anyone stuck working with Trixie, "must be jinxed." It was a nickname Trixie happily accepted.


Now, she not only fights for her own love, but for the love of those who love her back.

  • (determined) I'm a pain in the ass. I get feelings hard, and sometimes I get 'em hurt hard. I probably don't deserve the ladies in my life but I am thankful for them. I wish I said it more often. I wish I could love them more often. Maybe fuck them more often. But I need them.

The youngest of the Yukimura family, Akira has been known by many nicknames, mainly centered around "Empress". After abandoning her family to join the dark side and embracing the torment that had laid dormant inside of her soul since childhood, she went on a relentless path of destruction for over two years until she finally found a way to control the darkness inside of her. Sometimes, a very tortured soul by her own admission, she tries to recover the lost bits of who she used to be, while trying to maintain control of the darkness that has slowly come to the surface.

Deep down, she wants to build a legacy of her own, and not using the "Yukimura" name that she has carried since birth. Once a last name that she despised, she now looks to elevate it, without the need of it as "a crutch" in her words.
