An experiment whipped up in a Tencity Science Facility. He works as a bounty hunter under the current mayor, Violet. He is serious about work, but can seem kind of dense to certain social interactions with others (due to the fact that he was created by mistake and locked away for most of his childhood). He is very brood.

The Mayor of Tencity. Despite growing up in a large fancy penthouse and inheriting the rule of the city from her father, her attitude is the complete opposite of her father's and government officials. Her personality is bubbly and perky. She's an engineer and alchemist, and has a special fire element pet called Ignis that's used to take energy and read thoughts of others.

An experiment gone right, and a younger adoptive sister to Mana, a tech wizard. She is a patrol officer working for Assembly members, with fox like abilities. Has a great sense of smell and a knack for picking out hiding spots. She's also very quick on her feet. Her personality is naïve and peppy. She's very trusting of others, which is a downside because she doesn't realized when she's being used. She's also very hotheaded and scary when angry.
