Paper Roses Voice Dub
Project Overview
Paper Roses is an original comic series created with Comipo! The story is about a girl named Mei who everyone has a crush on, including the insane, but minipulitive Reianna, who will do anything to date her, including minipulate a murderer who's obessed with her.

The voiced version will be edited panel by panel, and uploaded to YouTube. Every 10 pages I release and send to the actors, I will stop creating new pages so that I can edit the lines and panels. This way, I won't get behind on the work. If this system causes trouble, then I will change the system accordingly.
However, If you are not commited, please do not audition. This is an ongoing series, so it functions as if you're a member of the cast of an ongoing show. It would be strange to just up and change the actor/ess.

Naoko. Is. CRAZY. He's obessed with protecting Reianna, and eventually tries to kill her so that she can be protected from someone. He also suffers vivid halucinations, and kills three main characters. *Although the second sample line is said normally, like an average guy.*
I must protect her.

Mei is incredibly cheerful and bubbly. Everyone at school loves her. However, halfway through the series, she looses all her friends and sanity, but despite that, she still keeps her bubbly personality.
Hurry up, slowpoke!

*After seeing her friend's dead body* Oh my god!
Hajime is kind of shy and akward, especially around his crush, Mei. But when push comes to shove, he is not afraid to fight. His voice should be as akward and shy as possible, except for the few lines where he's dead serious.
*akward* Oh, um... sorry.
It's not safe here. Meet me tonight, my house.
But why would she go for me when she thinks we're just friends?
Sun is one of Mei's many friends. She is the most shy out of her friends, being very quiet and timid. Sun is also quite smart, being the only one to investagate Reianna.
I don't like her...

Reianna is possibly insane, but the most dangorus kind of lunatic is one that can think and plan. That's Reianna. She's a minipulative genius, and will stop at nothing to get what she wants.
Reianna also serves as Naoko's hallucination, so at times, she must sound ghostly and dreamlike.
However, DO NOT MAKE HER SOUND INSANE. No matter what, Reianna sounds like a normal girl, except for her lines as the hallucination. She doesn't use charm or flirting to minipulate people, she uses her helpless little girl image to minipulate them.
What would you do to protect me?
I will be her only light. She will have only me.

Kyoko is the hallucination of Naoko's dead sister. She emotionally taunts him, though usually, she acts like a normal little girl. In only her second appearance though, she tuns into Reianna, so she is not in the plot for very long.

Kya is another of Mei's friends. She is very ditzy and bubbly, but dies early on, so she has very few lines.
