[Paid] Vocalist/Songwriter Wanted For EDM Song

[Paid] Vocalist/Songwriter Wanted For EDM Song

Project Overview

I want to acquire some good vocals for a song I am working on, and I have some money to spare for whoever can help me out with this.

The vocals themselves should be in C# minor and have a speed of 130 BPM in a time signature of 4/4. The key and BPM of the vocals used may change in the final product. I want applicants to come up with their own lyrics, using the following sequence for reference:

  • Verse 1
  • Chorus
  • Verse 2

As for the theme of the vocals, I'll leave that up to the applicants to handle, with slight restrictions on lyrics about the following topics:

  • Love
  • Romance
  • Sex

While these topics are not 'taboo' to me, I find them to be somewhat cliché and would like to avoid them if possible. English lyrics are preferred, but appropriate lyrics in any language can suffice.

Microphone setup and quality should be appropriate for this project: minimal background noise, no plosives or unnecessary smacking, etc. Vocals should be sent in without any additional effects of any kind (echo, chorus, compression, etc.) except for slight volume and equalization adjustments as needed.

Unpaid
Role assigned to: DreamKittu

My expectations for the vocals are for them to have a similar feel to the lyrics sung. Optionally, applicants may include their demo reel with their submissions as well.

  • [Sing this line in whatever key you want; give it as much feeling as you can] "What you're hearing now is my singing voice, which I'm quite proud of, really!"
