He faithfully retains his bullheaded, childish characteristics from his youth, and still presents himself as the leader (and, subsequently, the "most responsible" of the group, much to Choromatsu's particular disagreement). Though he expresses his hatred of being a sextuplet and wishes that he was an only child, he feels that he still has the responsibility to take care of them (which, ironically, is often the opposite of what he actually does). Whether he still deserves his title as the "best fighter" is debatable.

High pitched and girly.  Extremely feminine.  But his voice can get deep if needed.

He is the effeminate brother and most fashion-forward to the current trends, unlike Karamatsu whose fashion seems to go back to the 60s. Because of this, Todomatsu is considered the chick magnet and was seen on a date with two girls beside him, and even flirted with a female interviewer when the brothers were looking for a job.

However, though he appears cute and innocent on the surface, his cold side gets revealed when he pretends to not know his brothers, such as ignoring Osomatsu when he bumped into him while on a date with the two girls. A later and more notable instance was when he shunned his brothers in order to prevent being humiliated before Aida and Sacchi, the female baristas at Sutabaa, which Choromatsu in particular realized was part of his two-faced personality.

He is also shown to have manipulative intent when he declined from his mother's custody interview under the pretense of wanting to be independent on his own, cheering when she believed his speech and picked him to stay with her. He also pretended to care about Ichimatsu's ESP Kitty, only for the cat to reveal that he wanted to sell him for money.

Deep (But higher than Ichi and karas). Okay... He.Is.WILD. He is always making noises or chants when he can. He can make his voice kinda cutesey as well.

Jyushimatsu is the slightly strange one and the most child-like of the Matsuno brothers. He is generally happy and over-excited almost all the time, and is rarely seen in a serious state. According to Ichimatsu, Jyushimatsu also has trouble blending in with other people due to his extreme child-like personality.

Despite this, Jyushimatsu is seen as the kindest among the sextuplets, as evidenced when he worked the hardest to look for Ichimatsu's lost cat, and has a closer relationship with Ichimatsu than his other brothers.

Low voice, very deep with a "I hate my life" kind of feeling to it. Makes the "Tch" noise a lot when he's angry. He only laughs when it's Sadistic.

chimatsu is the "loner" of the Matsuno brothers. He has an affinity to cats and chooses to spend time with them instead of people. Because of this, his brothers see him as incapable of friendship, despite the truth that Ichimatsu is just not self-confident to befriend others. However, it very so happens that Ichimatsu actually has a difficult time expressing himself.

He is still commonly seen with Jyushimatsu, sharing a close relationship with him. This is exemplified in episodes such as 9B: Jyushimatsu Falls in Love, where Ichimatsu voluntarily offers to serve as added weight on Jyushimatsu's baseball bat, even when clearly shown to dislike it (though, the reasons behind this are questionable; some may argue that this contributes to part of Ichimatsu's "masochistic" nature, which was offhandedly mentioned to be part of his official character description in the 3rd installment of Osomatsu Radio).

Ichimatsu seems to hate his brother Karamatsu for an unknown reason, going so far as to dance with glee when Karamatsu was kidnapped in Episode 5A: The Karamatsu Incident.

Matsure with a hint of Nerdy. He screams and yells a lot over the smallest things and he tends to fight with Osomatsu.

Choromatsu is arguably the most logical of the six Matsuno brothers, and quite possibly be the only one truly concerned that they don't have jobs. He is the prominent straight man among his brothers. He often considers himself to be the most mature, going so far as to suggest that he should be the eldest brother and the one in charge, not Osomatsu. However, his biggest weakness is cute girls, particularly Nyaa and Totoko, in the presence in which he fawns over.

He is, however, not a particularly crafty or secretive person, and is not good at hiding his thoughts or emotions. He tends to overthink things.

In the commentary in episode 12, Osomatsu and Totoko remark about his serious and straight man nature not being his "true personality".

Deep voice. Tough yet soothing. Tries to be cool. It would be cool if you could attempt a nerdy voice that he slips into when he's surprised or something. He's poetic and dramatic.

Faithful to his previous characterization, Karamatsu is shown to be confident and full of energy and "charisma," yet is often oblivious and clueless to what is actually going on around him. He tends to take everything presented to him very, very seriously, and often speaks in a drawn-out, poetic fashion.

He tries desperately to be cool using his old-school razzle dazzles and black leather jackets, in an attempt to capture the hearts of ladies and men alike. These attempts, more often than not, backfire horribly.

Karamatsu often speaks in confident one-liners that are meant to make him sound cool and awesome, but little to none of these lines are actually entertained by others and are usually simply ignored, much to his dismay. He always seems to bounce back in the end, however, showing his determination and dedication to the ever-confident casanovan front he puts on.
