Project Overview
Project Name: OR!GIN (Orbit Entertainment)
Project Description: OR!GIN is a 5-member virtual idol group in development under Orbit Entertainment, performing on VRChat. Inspired by PLAVE, Skinz, and Isegye Idol — but built with its own distinct visual identity, original worldbuilding, and a full debut album in production.
Each member exists within their own “Server” — a unique virtual environment with its own architecture, mood, and hidden depth. The group has a complete lore foundation, modeler-ready avatar design briefs, and a phased roadmap to debut already in place. What we’re building toward is a real, sustained virtual idol act — not a short-term project.
This is currently an unpaid passion project under deferred payment terms. We’re a small team that takes the work seriously and is looking for people who do too. If you’ve ever wanted to be part of building something like PLAVE from the ground up, this is that opportunity.
We are actively recruiting: singers/performers, a co-producer, a concept artist, a video editor, and a lore writer.

We have a main producer (myself) and a debut album already in progress — we’re looking for an additional producer to co-produce, contribute beats/arrangements, and potentially take ownership of specific tracks. K-pop, hyperpop, city pop, and future bass are all in the sonic palette. This is currently unpaid/deferred payment. You should be comfortable with idol-style production and open to direction — this is a collaborative role, not a solo credit.

We already have an artist on staff but are looking for an additional illustrator to help with member concept art, promotional graphics, album artwork, and social media visuals. Style is a PLAVE × Skinz fusion — webtoon/cel-shaded, heavier outlines, bold emissive glow details. Idol-adjacent anime art experience is a big plus. Currently unpaid/deferred payment.

We’re looking for a video editor to handle performance recordings, music video edits, short-form content (clips, reels, teasers), and VRChat footage. K-pop and VTuber editing styles are the reference point — clean cuts, motion graphics, text overlays, color grading for animated/cel-shaded footage specifically. Experience editing VRChat or VTuber content is a strong plus since cel-shaded avatars in VR lighting behave differently than live-action footage. Currently unpaid/deferred payment.
