Omada: Aurorian period
Project Overview
Omada is a community project on discord about the evolutionary path on an alien planet. This video seeks to cover the first period and most of the life in it, the Aurorian period. Not my project, just a project I like a lot. For all interested contact me on discord at TheOmegaSeal

Narrator reads the descriptions and path of the organisms native to the planet, describes their environment, and other factors in life on the planet. Really any kind of voice works, more or less sounds like a nature documentary narrator.

This is Behemothii cinereus. Living in the cold deep benthic regions, it has adapted to eat floating organic matter by scraping the ocean floor or filtering the water. They are commonly found in small groups and slowly crawling through the floor, searching for its next meal. Their body is mainly composed of fat and soft tissue, while having relatively big amounts of melanin in its skin. To give them support, they have a long, compacted tube located in their back, originated from the process of fragmentation. They also don't have an anus, excreting residues through their mouths. Pleuropolians that live in deeper regions tend to have darker colors, so they can absorb the scarce light to partially warm themselves. These fellows appear roughly 15 million years after multi-cellular life appears on the planet, and are the grandfather of many species to come.
