Neon Genesis Evangelion: Fan Redub
Project Overview
As the title says, this is a fandub of The Neon Genesis Evangelion anime.
Obviously the fanndub will not cover the entirety of the show. Mainly just clips and segments from the show.
You will notice many characters missing from the roster. Most of them will be added at a later date. (I also already have a VA for Shinji)
For anyone who wants to apply, you will need a discord account. I'm not super pickey about audio quality as of now (just make sure it doesn't sound like a 2006 moterolla razor phone call on top of a speeding car) As long as it's semi decent, i don't mind, and I understand not everyone can budget a high grade mic (I can't either) and I can touch it up to sound nicer in post if need be. I am not super strict on deadlines, just make sure if you are casted, to send in your lines before GTA 6 releases.

For Asuka, keep her tsundre personality in mind, but try new things with her role. I highly encorage trying to be original with her voice. Weather it's changing her accent slightly, or altering her vocal manorisms, do what you can to make her character your own.
IMPORTANT: If you're applying for Asuka, you will need to practice a lot of german pronunciation. Later down the road, there will be parts that you record in German where it can be anyware from simple words in phrases, to short sentences. You do not need to be fluent at all, but do your best. (But also if you can speek german, that is a major plus)

For Kaworu, I want his voice to be less mysterious and soothing, and to sound more like a regular kid, kind of like Shinji. i think it better sells his illusion of being a normal kid if he sounds like one to. For certain parts, his singiture soothing voice will be needed, but for most of it, just talk like a nice teenager. (Also sorry for the long ass monolouges, but those are indeed neccicary, trust)
